Current Market Update - Tether is getting delisted from EU exchanges today due to the upcoming MiCA regulations but I wouldn't pay much attention to this. Tether has $143B AUM (assets under management), a top 20 holder of US treasuries (more than all but 18 countries), and it's banked by Cantor Fitzgerald (whose CEO is future Commerce Secretary of the US). Don't fall for the FUD. It's also historically marked a bottom in the market. - I'm also starting to notice ETH outperforming BTC here which lines up with other metrics I've seen (historically ETHBTC bottoms in December, based on the 2020 cycle) - ETH inflows have also been positive for 4 days in a row while BTC has only been positive 1out of 4 days - ETHBTC is also bouncing off of support on the weekly with the RSI bouncing off of the signal line - When ETH rallies, alt season begins The next few weeks are going to be very exciting (FTX refunds start Jan 3rd), so just survive the rest of this volatility before up-only restarts. There's headlines covering the massive crash. This is when you start layering in on high conviction plays. It's still a contender for an ETF (being a fork of Bitcoin) and I believe we could still see some traction from it. The RSI is reset at 50 and the StochRSI is still oversold. You could technically get out if we close the daily below 107 but I'm placing my stop below the 50 EMA as that it where it bounced last time. I know there's a lot of fear in the market but this is when I like to look for opportunities. Manage your risk accordingly as we're not out of the woods yet.
