For people who want to edit position of dynamic island vertically in HyperOS 3:
In DevicesOverlay add a new dimen named cut_out_center_y and put its value 60px or something nearby it (adjust accordingly).

system_ext/etc/perfinit_bdsize_zram_4_0.conf(maybe,no need to add if it doesn't exist)

you can change product name and put in your rom
