Solution1:
1. Open your command prompt
2.Type: Diskpart
3. A new command prompt will be opened type: list disk
4.There will be listed 2 disk which will be:
Disk 0 online....
Disk 1 online....
Type: select disk 1
5. Type clean
6. Type: create partition primary
7.Type: active
8.Type: select partition 1
9. Type: exit
10. Type: format /q /x E:
(That E: represent the letter your comp has given to your usb some usb you can find they are H: where I have got the letter from when you look at your computer you will see its called Usb Drive (E:) or Usb Drive (H:) now you understand.)
11. It will bring some options there press enter then followed by any letter and booooom your usb is back to life 🧬
Solution 2:
Make your usb / sd card bootable through rufus it will fix your USB all you have to do is to relax an after it's done converting it into bootable now it will show up on your connected Usbs format it and enjoy your reincarnated USB.
