| 3 | In the context of Baloch, Sindhi, and Pashtun struggle followed by Kashmiri resistance, the use of the term "hard state" is fundamentally Pakistan's own admission that its survival is impossible under its current structure. The Baloch national cause is close to achieving its goals and this is itself an early declaration of Pakistan's defeat.
The use of the term "hard state" is not merely a political and military slogan but a reflection of a state conduct built on the genocide and brutalization of subjugated nations. Today, Pakistan's "hard state" narrative is an acknowledgment that the Baloch national war of independence has entered a new phase, in which the signs of Balochistan's liberation are becoming visible.
Fearful of the logical outcome of its national contradictions, Pakistan did transform itself into a military state cloaked in religious garb.Yet the Pakistani establishment still believes that the current military repression and genocide of subjugated peoples is insufficient. This is why the occupying state, by emphasizing the "hard state" narrative, is signaling a shocking escalation in its brutality. But the Pakistani establishment and military fail to grasp that the very strategy of fleeing from these issues or trying to crush national movements through military force, has already shaken the existence and foundations of the state.

The Punjabi state has reached the final stage of its lifespan, and the day is not far when Punjab will be reduced to an encircled, landlocked region. As a Baloch national soldier, on the front line of resistance, I stand ready to welcome the Kashmiri and Pashtun on behalf of the Baloch nation with an open heart.
Today, if the Kashmiri and Pashtun nations decide to step forward at this crucial, decisive turning point in history and become partners in the Baloch national movement. We can cover decades of distance in just a few years. If the nations suffering under Punjabi colonial oppression make this historic decision. Then Pakistan, which for the past seventy-seven years has carried out oppression, exploitation, and war crimes against the Baloch, Sindhi, Pashtun, and Kashmiri nations will shrink to nothing more than a landlocked Punjab.
Today history is crying out, calling on subjugated nations to decide their future. If the Pashtun and Kashmiri peoples make the historic decision to choose the path of resistance and freedom, they will not find themselves alone. They will find an arm like the Baloch standing shoulder to shoulder with them on every front, including politics, diplomacy, and resistance. In light of history, I believe that when the resistance and liberation movements of different nations unite against a common enemy, they change the course of history.
Pakistan, in its very existence, is a military, occupying, and expansionist state built on the lands of subjugated nations. The structure of the Pakistani state is self-contradictory and an ugly stain on the face of history, and the seeds of collapse for such states lie hidden within their own existence. Such states meet their end through the awakening and national resistance of subjugated peoples, and Pakistan has now drawn close to that very end.
After the Baloch, Pashtun, and Sindhi national issues emerged and took the shape of national movements, the Kashmir issue or enslavement is also clearly visible now. After seventy years of appealing slogans and a polished state narrative, it is now as clear as daylight that Kashmir is Pakistan's colony. The encouraging part is that despite every tactic of Punjabi colonialism, Kashmiri have now set out on the path of resistance. Today, Kashmiri youth and intellectuals have deeply understood that, aside from the water flowing in the five rivers and the natural defensive position Kashmir's high mountains provide against India, Kashmiri hold no other value or status in Pakistan's eyes.
It may have taken decades, but Kashmiri consciousness has now exposed Pakistan's deceit and hollow slogans, rallying around its national question in light of its own history and objective realities. This can become not only a means of survival and liberation for Kashmiri, but also a vital pillar in the front of other oppressed peoples against Pakistani tyranny. Kashmiri hold full authority over decisions about their own national survival, but the time has come for respected Kashmiri to take direct action and set out on the road to freedom from Pakistan.
The Kashmiri struggle has exposed the truth behind Pakistan's "hard state" slogan. Although this policy was originally devised to crush the Baloch national cause. The very Kashmir that Pakistan called its "jugular vein" for seventy-seven years is now being branded an enemy, and is now a target of its "hard state" narrative. After such hostile treatment of Kashmiri, for any oppressed people to harbor illusions about Pakistan is to embrace their own national death. Fundamentally, the very use of the term "hard state" is an admission that Pakistan is built through coercion and force on the national lands of subjugated peoples. Today Pakistan uses terms like "hard state" to instill fear in these nations. | 891 |

پنجابی ریاست اپنی طبعی عمر کے آخری موڑ پر پہنچ چکی ہے، اور وہ دن دور نہیں جب پنجاب ایک محصور اور لینڈ لاک خطے کی صورت اختیار کر لے گا۔ میں بلوچ قومی سپاہی کی حیثیت سے، مزاحمت کے محاذ پر، کشمیری اور پشتونوں کو بلوچ قوم کی جانب سے کھلے دل اور گرم جوشی کے ساتھ خوش آمدید کہنے کے لیے تیار ہوں۔
آج اگر کشمیری اور پشتون اقوام تاریخ کے اس اہم اور فیصلہ کن موڑ پر آگے بڑھ کر بلوچ قومی تحریک کا ساتھی بننے کا فیصلہ کرتے ہیں تو ہم عشروں کے مسافت کو برسوں میں طے کرسکتے ہیں۔ اگر پنجابی استعماریت کی جبر کے شکار اقوام یہ تاریخی فیصلہ کرتے ہیں تو وہ پاکستان جو گزشتہ ستتر برسوں سے بلوچ، سندھی، پشتون اور کشمیری اقوام کے خلاف جبر، استحصال اور جنگی جرائم کی ارتکاب کرتی چلی آئی ہے، سکڑ کر محض ایک لینڈ لاک پنجاب تک محدود ہو جائے گی۔
آج تاریخ چیخ کر ہمیں پکار رہی ہے کہ محکوم اقوام اپنے مستقبل کا فیصلہ خود کریں۔ اگر پشتون اور کشمیری عوام نے مزاحمت اور آزادی کی راہ اختیار کرنے کا تاریخی فیصلہ کر لیا تو وہ خود کو تنہا نہیں بلکہ سیاست، سفارتکاری اور مزاحمت سمیت ہر محاذ پر بلوچ جیسے بازو کو اپنے شانہ بشانہ پائیں گے۔ میں تاریخ کی روشنی میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ مختلف قوموں کی مزاحمت و آزادی کی تحاریک مشترکہ دشمن کے خلاف اکھٹے ہوجاتی ہیں تو وہ تاریخ کا رخ بدل دیتے ہیں۔
پاکستان اپنے وجود میں ایک عسکری، قبضہ گیر اور محکوم قوموں کی سرزمینوں پر قائم ایک توسیع پسند ریاست ہے۔ پاکستانی ریاستی ڈھانچہ تاریخ کے چہرے پر ایک بد نما داغ اور تضادات کا مجموعہ ہے اور ایسے ریاستوں کی شکست و ریخت کے بیج ان کے وجود میں پنہاں ہوتی ہیں، اور ایسی ریاستیں محکوم قوموں کی شعور و قومی مزاحمت کی وجہ سے اپنے انجام کو پہنچتی ہیں اور پاکستان آج اپنی اسی انجام کے قریب پہنچ چکا ہے۔
بلوچ، پشتون اور سندھی قومی تضادات کے ابھرنے اور تحریکوں کی شکل میں ڈھلنے کے بعد کشمیری تضاد یا غلامی نمایاں ہوچکا ہے۔ ستر سالہ خوش نما نعروں، خوش نما ریاستی بیانیے کے بعد آج روز روشن کی طرح واضح ہوچکا ہے کہ کشمیر پاکستان کا کالونی ہے۔ اچھی بات یہ ہے کہ پنجابی استعمار کی تمام تر حربوں کے باجود کشمیری اب مزاحمت کے راہ پر گامزن ہوچکے ہیں۔ آج کشمیری نوجوان، کشمیری دانشور انتہائی گہرائی سے ادراک کرچکے ہیں کہ کشمیر سے پاکستان کا رشتہ پانچوں دریاؤں میں پانی کے بہاؤ اور کشمیر کے بلند و بالا پہاڑوں کے ہندوستان کے خلاف قدرتی دفاعی مورچے کے علاوہ پاکستان کی نظر میں کشمیریوں کی کوئی حیثیت و مرتبہ نہیں۔
عشروں بعد سہی لیکن آج کشمیری شعور پاکستان کے مکر و فریب اور خوش نما نعروں کا پردہ فاش کرکے اپنی تاریخ اور معروضی حقائق کی روشنی میں اپنے قومی سوال کے گرد جمع ہوچکا ہے۔ یہ نہ صرف کشمیریوں کی بقا اور نجات کا وسیلہ بن سکتا ہے بلکہ پاکستانی جبر کے خلاف دیگر مظلوموں کے مورچے کا اہم بازو بھی بن سکتا ہے۔ کشمیری اپنے قومی بقا کے لیے فیصلے کا مکمل اختیار رکھتے ہیں لیکن وقت آچکا ہے کہ غیرت مند کشمیری راست اقدام کرکے پاکستان سے نجات کے لیے آزادی کی شاہراہ پر گامزن ہوجائیں۔
کشمیری جدوجہد نے پاکستان کے ہارڈ اسٹیٹ نعرے کی پول کھول دی ہے۔ حالانکہ یہ پالیسی بلوچ قومی تحریک کو کچلنے کے لیے رو بہ عمل لایا گیا تھا لیکن وہ کشمیر جسے ستتر سالوں سے پاکستان اپنی شہہ رگ کہتا رہا آج پاکستان اسے دشمن کہتی ہے، اور اس کی ہارڈ اسٹیٹ بیانیے کے نشانے پر ہے۔ کشمیریوں کے ساتھ دشمن جیسے سلوک کے بعد کسی مظلوم کی پاکستان کے باب میں خوش فہمی در اصل اپنی قومی موت کو گلے لگانے کے مترادف ہے۔ بنیادی طور پر ہارڈ اسٹیٹ کی اصطلاح کا استعمال خود اس امر کی غمازی کرتا ہے کہ پاکستان جبر، اور طاقت سے محکوم قوموں کی قومی سرزمینوں پر قائم ہے۔ آج پاکستان ہارڈ اسٹیٹ جیسی اصطلاحات قوموں کو خوف زدہ کرنے کے لیے استعمال کر رہی ہے۔
بلوچ، سندھی اور پشتون مزاحمت کے بعد کشمیریوں کی مزاحمت کے تناظر میں دیکھا جائے تو "ہارڈ اسٹیٹ" کی اصطلاح کا استعمال بنیادی طور پر پاکستان کا اعتراف ہے کہ موجودہ ڈھانچے کے ساتھ پاکستان کی بقا ناممکن ہے اور بلوچ قومی مزاحمت اپنے مقاصد کے حصول کے قریب پہنچ چکی ہے اور یہی پاکستان کی شکست کا ابتدائی اعلان نامہ ہے۔
ہارڈ اسٹیٹ" کی اصطلاح کا استعمال محض ایک سیاسی و عسکری نعرہ نہیں بلکہ محکوم اقوام کی نسل کشی اور ان کے ساتھ درندگی پر مشتمل ریاستی طرزِ عمل کی عکاسی ہے۔ آج پاکستان کی جانب سے "ہارڈ اسٹیٹ" کا بیانیہ اس حقیقت کا اعتراف ہے کہ بلوچ قومی جنگ آزادی ایک نئے مرحلے میں داخل ہو چکی ہے جس میں بلوچ سرزمین کے آزادی کے آثار نمایاں ہیں۔ | 950 |

BLF fighters targeted a Frontier Corps vehicle with an IED bomb attack on June 12, 2026, in the Mall area of Nushki, killing two personnel and wounding several others.
Earlier, on June 10, 2026, BLF fighters killed key agents of occupier, Hatum son of Pir Jan and Haleem son of Muhammad Azum, resident of Sari Koran, Panjgur. A third member, Mehroz, was seriously wounded in the attack. The three were targeted while traveling through the bazaar toward the FC camp. All three were working under Brigadier Zafar Iqbal.
Hatum had previously been a member of Lashkar-e-Balochistan. After surrendering, he worked for nine years under Mehrullah Muhammad Hasni, a military collaborator in Mashkay, serving the occupying forces. He later took command of a new group comprising other death squad members. Commandant Panjgur, Brigadier Zafar Iqbal, was his handler, and under his direction Hatum was assigned responsibility for operating against the national cause and Baloch people in the Sordu, Sari Koran, Washaap, and Washbod areas. Hatum was directly involved in various operations against Baloch youth and women.
He played a key role in blocking Baloch fighters' routes in the areas of Panjgur, Sagaar, Soraap, Sabzaap, Washbod, Pardhan, and Niwan, facilitating military operations for the enemy, conducting raids on fighters relatives' homes. He was involved in grenade attacks, abductions, killings, and enforced disappearances. He was also involved in coercing families and women connected to the movement into holding forced press conferences and issuing disassociation statements. Brigadier Zafar Iqbal had also provided Hatum with large quantities of weapons, vehicles, and other resources and privileges for various operations.
The second operative killed, Haleem son of Muhammad Azum, a resident of SariKoran, had been working for Military Intelligence (MI) since 2017. He was involved in numerous crimes including abductions, killings, enforced disappearances, blockades, targeted killings, theft, blackmailing Baloch women, and forced press conferences. He was a close associate of Hatum, but both led separate groups.
Mehroze, a resident of Tasp, was also a close associate of both, and was wounded in the attack as he was traveling in the same vehicle.
On June 9, 2026, our fighters set up a checkpoint in the Kuchki area of Nushki, searched all vehicles passing through, seized the Kuchki police post, and burned it down along with all official records. The blockade lasted two hours, the objective was to maintain control of the area and restrict the movement of the military and its collaborators.
On June 7, 2026, BLF fighters established checkpoints at various locations on the Dho-bist Panjah Road in the Gobd Qalato area of Gwadar, taking control of the area. During the operation, they seized two nearby police checkposts and confiscated government weapons and military equipment, including one M-16 rifle, three Kalashnikov rifles with magazines, one vehicle, and other military supplies. They also destroyed military surveillance cameras installed at the checkpost. The fighters subsequently ambushed advancing military personnel, forcing the military unit to retreat.
The Balochistan Liberation Front claims responsibility for the killing of two FC personnel and two death squad operatives, the seizure of police posts, and the confiscation of government weapons in the Nushki, Panjgur, and Gwadar attacks.

بلوچستان لبریشن فرنٹ کے سرمچاروں نے ایک کاروائی میں 12 جون 2026 کو نوشکی کے علاقے ملّ میں فرنٹیر کور (ایف سی) کی گاڑی کو آئی ای ڈی (IED) بم حملے کا نشانہ بنایا جس کے نتیجے میں دو اہلکار ہلاک اور متعدد زخمی ہو گئے۔
اس سے قبل، 10 جون 2026 کو بی ایل ایف کے سرمچاروں نے ایک حملے میں پنجگور کے علاقہ سری کوران کے رہائشی اور ڈیتھ اسکواڈ کے سربراہ حاتم ولد پیر جان، اور حلیم ولد محمد اعظم کو موقع پر ہی ہلاک کر دیا، جبکہ ان کا ایک ساتھی مہروز شدید زخمی ہو گیا۔ بی ایل ایف کے سرمچاروں نے ڈیتھ اسکواڈ کے ان تینوں کارندوں کو اس وقت نشانہ بنایا جب وہ بازار کے راستے ایف سی کیمپ کی طرف جا رہے تھے۔ یہ تینوں بریگیڈیئر ظفر اقبال کے انتہائی اہم کارندے ہیں۔
حاتم ماضی میں لشکرِ بلوچستان کا رکن رہا تھا۔ ہتھیار ڈالنے کے بعد اس نے نو سال تک مشکے میں فوج کے آلہ کار مہراللّہ محمد حسنی کے ماتحت قابض فوج کیلئے کام کیا۔ بعد ازاں، اس نے ڈیتھ اسکواڈ کے دیگر ارکان پر مشتمل ایک نئے گروہ کی سربراہی سنبھال لی۔
کمانڈنٹ پنجگور، بریگیڈیئر ظفر اقبال اس گروہ کا سرپرست ہے۔ اسی کے ایما پر سوردو، سری کوران، وشاپ اور وشبود کے علاقوں میں تحریک آزادی اور بلوچ عوام کے خلاف کام کی ذمہ داری حاتم کے سپرد کی گئی تھی، جہاں وہ اپنے جتھے کے ساتھ سرگرم رہا۔ بلوچ نوجوانوں اور خواتین کے خلاف مختلف کارروائیوں میں حاتم براہ راست ملوث تھا۔
پنجگور، سگار، سوراپ، سبزاب، وشبود، پاردان اور نِوان کے علاقوں میں بلوچ سرمچاروں کے راستوں کی ناکہ بندی، فوجی آپریشنز میں دشمن کیلئے سہولت کاری، سرمچاروں کے رشتہ داروں کے گھروں پر چھاپوں، دستی بم حملوں، اغوا، قتل اور جبری گمشدگیوں میں حاتم کا کلیدی کردار تھا۔ مزید برآں، وہ تحریک سے وابستہ کارکنوں کے خاندانوں اور خواتین کو دباؤ میں لا کر جبری پریس کانفرنسز اور لاتعلقی کے اعلانات کروانے جیسی سرگرمیوں میں بھی ملوث تھا۔ بریگیڈیئر ظفر اقبال نے حاتم کو مختلف کارروائیوں کے لیے بھاری مقدار میں اسلحہ، گاڑیاں اور دیگر مراعات و سہولیات بھی فراہم کر رکھا تھا۔
ہلاک ہونے والا دوسرا کارندہ، حلیم ولد محمد اعظم سکنہ سری کوران 2017 سے ملٹری انٹیلیجنس (MI) کے لیے کام کر رہا تھا۔ وہ اغوا، قتل، جبری گمشدگیوں، ناکہ بندیوں، ٹارگٹ کلنگ، چوری، بلوچ خواتین کو بلیک میل کرنے اور جبری پریس کانفرنسز کروانے سمیت متعدد جرائم میں ملوث رہا۔ وہ حاتم کا قریبی ساتھی تھا، تاہم یہ دونوں الگ الگ گروہوں کی سربراہی کرتے تھے۔
تسپ کا رہائشی مہروز بھی ان دونوں کا قریبی ساتھی ہے، جو حملے کے وقت اسی گاڑی میں سوار ہونے کی وجہ سے زخمی ہوا۔
9 جون 2026 کو سرمچاروں نے نوشکی کے علاقے کُچکّی کے مقام پر ناکہ بندی کر کے تمام گاڑیوں کی تلاشی لی۔ اس دوران سرمچاروں نے کُچکّی پولیس چوکی پر قبضہ کر کے تمام سرکاری ریکارڈ سمیت چوکی کو نذرِ آتش کر دیا۔ یہ ناکہ بندی دو گھنٹے تک جاری رہی، جس کا مقصد علاقے میں اپنا کنٹرول برقرار رکھنا اور فوج و اس کے سہولت کاروں کی نقل و حرکت کو غیر محفوظ بنا کر محدود رکھنا ہے۔
7 جون 2026 کو سرمچاروں نے گوادر کے علاقے گبد قلاتو میں دوبیست پنجاہ روڈ پر مختلف مقامات پر ناکہ بندی کر کے علاقے کا کنٹرول سنبھال لیا۔ اس کارروائی کے دوران سرمچاروں نے قریب ہی دو پولیس چیک پوسٹوں پر قبضہ کر کے وہاں موجود سرکاری اسلحہ و دیگر عسکری سامان ضبط کر لیا، جن میں ایک ایم-16 رائفل، تین کلاشنکوف رائفلیں بمعہ میگزین، ایک گاڑی اور دیگر فوجی سامان شامل تھا۔ اس کے علاوہ، سرمچاروں نے چیک پوسٹ پر نصب فوجی نگرانی کے کیمرے بھی تباہ کر دیے۔ بعد ازاں سرمچاروں نے جائے وقوعہ کی طرف پیش قدمی کرنے والے فوجی اہلکاروں کو گھات لگا کر حملے میں نشانہ بنایا جس کے نتیجے میں فوجی دستہ پسپا ہونے پر مجبور ہو گیا۔
بلوچستان لبریشن فرنٹ نوشکی، پنجگور اور گوادر حملوں میں دو ایف سی اہلکار، اور دو ڈیتھ اسکواڈ کارندوں کی ہلاکت پولیس چوکیوں پر قبضہ اور سرکاری اسلحہ ضبط کرنے کی ذمہ داری قبول کرتی ہے۔
