Accordingly, the competent authority has decided that the *existing charges (Rs. 50/- inclusive of GST) for Mobile Updates* shall continue to remain in effect until further communication from the Bank. *Child Enrolment remains free of cost* to the customer. (c) Unregistered article Tracking, there shall be a downtime 00-00 Hrs to 01-00 AM on 01-10-2025. During this period, Booking Solution and Self Service Solution (Customer Portal) shall not be available for operations.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE* As informed vide letter dated 24.09.2025, IPPB team will push AeBAS app to all the DARPAN devices on 27.09.2025. This will be Pan-India roll out, irrespective of divisions identified under different phases. All the divisions are requested to inform the BPMs to keep the device online on 27.09.2025 for successful roll-out of the app. IPPB branch managers/staff may be contacted for any assistance.

📢 *IMPORTANT INFORMATION - SPEED POST TARIFF REVISION* 📢 Dear All, The *tariff for Speed Post articles* has been revised and will be applicable *with effect from 01.10.2025*. 🟢 *REVISED DOMESTIC SPEED POST TARIFF* (Inclusive of GST) ➡️ *Local (Within Same City)* - Up to 50 gms: ₹20 - 51 gms to 200 gms: ₹40 - 201 gms to 500 gms: ₹60 - 501 gms to 1000 gms: ₹80 - For every additional 500 gms or part thereof: ₹20 ➡️ *Rest of India* - Up to 50 gms: ₹40 - 51 gms to 200 gms: ₹60 - 201 gms to 500 gms: ₹80 - 501 gms to 1000 gms: ₹100 - For every additional 500 gms or part thereof: ₹40 🟢 *VALUE ADDITIONAL CHARGES* - Insurance, COD, and other extra services will continue as per existing rules. 🟢 *INTERNATIONAL SPEED POST (EMS)* - Tariff will be revised country-wise. Please refer to the detailed chart circulated separately to all booking centers. ⚠️ *Instructions for All Offices:* 1.
