| 2 | ohayo! this is me, oh my lihjet. i get where bobo amputa is coming from and i know naman na my approach wasn’t that nice talaga. i’m sorry for being too sharp-tongued and straightforward. my concern was genuine naman po and i hope you can still consider the points i was trying to raise kasi yung mga ini-implement niyo can affect the public and the people using the market. as owners and admods, i’m sure you also want what’s fair and beneficial for everyone so sana we can look at it from that perspective din.
as for the attacks, i think that’s where it went a little too far. personal matters that have nothing to do with the concern being raised don’t really need to be dragged into the argument. i was raising concerns about the systems and implementations and i never brought up anyone’s personal life or family just to make my point. sana we can stay on the actual issue instead of making it personal. we’re all old enough to know when an argument is already going beyond the actual topic.
i take accountability for my tone and i’m sorry if the way i delivered my concerns came across too harsh. i’ll own that. at the same time, i hope the actual points i raised can still be considered separately from how i said them 🥰 | 35 |

hindi niyo talaga magets yung pinaka-basic point, no? public yung issue? sige raise mo rin publicly. pero is it necessary to degrade the people involved while doing so? ayon nga yung point na paulit-ulit nating binabalikan pero somehow hindi niyo pa rin makuha. the fact that something is public does not automatically mean every mockery or personal dig attached to it becomes justified. you can discuss a public issue publicly without turning the people involved into your personal punching bag. you can suggest better alternatives WITHOUT repeatedly mocking the people behind it. paulit ulit amp0ta
so please tama na sa pagframe ng argument as “ayaw niyo ng public criticism” because that was never the issue. ang issue is how you choose to conduct that criticism. public concern ≠ public humiliation. public issue ≠ free pass to be an asshole.

i appreciate the remarks, and i do get your point. i’ll also acknowledge na some of my remarks constantly came with insults and i admit unnecessary talaga siya. i let my feelings cloud my judgment and i can admit that i could’ve handled some parts better. no point in pretending otherwise.
at the same time, i hope we also learn to practice basic decency. just because people from another community are building their own space here doesn’t automatically mean they’re trying to destroy or invalidate the system you already have. different communities can coexist without treating every difference in rules or practices as something that needs to be mocked. raising a concern is valid. i never said otherwise. what i’m asking people to stop doing is dragging and mocking other people just because there’s something to criticize. you can point out a loophole, question a rule, or suggest a better approach without turning the people involved into a punching bag for everyone to feast on. hindi na siguro tayo mga bata para kailangan pang gawing public spectacle yung bawat disagreement.
lahat naman siguro tayo rito ay gusto lang kumita. if you genuinely have an issue with another community’s r&r or system, then raise it properly to the people involved. criticism can be constructive without being humiliating. hindi naman mawawala yung validity ng concern just because you chose to deliver it without making someone the butt of the joke.

| 9 | here’s my take sa kanila oh my lihjet and bobo amputa. kahit i-deny pa natin, may point naman talaga si oh my lihjet. hindi lang talaga nice yung approach niya but if you look past the tone, may valid concerns naman siyang ni-raise. kaya i also understand why bobo amputa got triggered pero i think mas okay if tigilan na yung away and actually listen to what the other side is trying to say.
try niyo rin sana to look at things more openly. fb and tg are two different platforms so hindi porket okay yung rules and policies sa fb, automatically applicable na rin siya sa tg. ibang community, ibang environment, and possible na ibang considerations din. take the criticism as something you can think about instead of immediately treating it as an attack. kayo rin naman yung makikinabang if you get to fix possible issues before they actually become problems.
for oh my lihjet, i do appreciate na you had the courage to raise your concerns. valid yung points mo, maybe just work on the approach next time para mas madaling pakinggan yung message. and for bobo amputa, i also understand your side pero maybe take a step back din and try to acknowledge the points being raised instead of letting the argument get bigger. may point naman both sides so sana matapos na ’to and you both take whatever is worth taking from each other’s side. | 73 |

| 14 | hello. I would just like to rant the current situation of our shop.
honestly, okay naman kaming admins here sa shop na to. it's just that our owner is currently being incompetent and irresponsible. she's kind and easy to be with. but at times na we're encountering with account problems, coding, or simply encountering rude resellers, bigla bigla nalang siya nawawala. to the point na we have to abono the refunds. don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with that as an admin and binabalik nya naman ung nirerefund namin but the way she handles her problems sa shop and personal life is so irresponsible as an owner. bigla bigla nalang siyang mawawala na parang bula when we need her tapos babalik para magrestock na siya lang din makaka-access kaya may refunds na mangyayari. ayaw nya nagrerefund pero hindi naman siya makapag laan ng oras to code.
naiintindihan namin na may personal life siya pero at least give heads up as to why you're acting like that. you're leaving us hanging and nangangapa kaming mga admins mo sa kung ano dapat naming gawin. you're expecting us to have sales while you're away pero hindi mo man lng magawan ng paraan na magka access kami. nakakainis and ang draining sobra. okay lang naman na may responsibilities kami sa shop pero at least be a responsible owner lalo na pag may problema. hindi ung nagpapaka owner ka lang pag trip mo. | 60 |
