Feelings are to the soul what food is to the body. The soul feeds upon feeling, and love is the highest nourishment it can receive.

If something bad happens in your reality, never fall into reaction based thinking or complaining based thinking. Neither will change the situation. Instead, focus on solution based thinking. There is a powerful quote that says, “If you can change it, then change it. If you cannot change it, change your attitude toward it.” Everything carries a lesson, even the experiences that seem painful or unfair. The moment you stop resisting what has happened and start asking what can be learned from it, you reclaim your power. Keep moving forward, keep growing, and remember that life does not stop for anyone. The only question is whether you will move with it or remain trapped in what cannot be changed.

I like to see my emotions as doorways. Fear reveals where I feel separate from my power. Sadness reveals what I need to let go of. Resentment reveals wounds that remain unresolved. Confusion reveals the limits of my current understanding. Every emotion carries a lesson. I do not suppress them. I alchemise them.

Observe your thoughts and learn to distinguish between conscious thoughts and subconscious thoughts. Conscious thoughts are usually logical, deliberate, and directly related to whatever you are focusing on. They follow a clear line of reasoning and are often the result of intentional thinking. Subconscious thoughts are different. They often appear unexpectedly and may seem unrelated to what you are doing. They can feel irrational, random, emotional, strange, or even shocking. Because they do not follow a logical sequence, they are easy to dismiss or ignore. Instead of brushing these thoughts aside, pay attention to them. Write them down, even when they make no sense. Over time, patterns will begin to emerge, and you will become better at recognizing which thoughts arise from conscious reasoning and which arise from the deeper layers of the mind. The more you observe without judgment, the easier it becomes to identify the voice of the subconscious.

I do not ask for gold. I ask for the mind that knows how to create it. I do not ask for success. I ask for the wisdom that makes success inevitable. To seek the effect while ignoring the cause is to misunderstand the law. Wisdom is the cause. Achievement, growth, and fulfillment are merely effects. The wise man may lose everything and yet remain whole, because his true riches were never outside of him. Wisdom is the highest form of wealth, for it illuminates the path, deepens understanding, and reveals the deeper meaning behind all things.

The Throne of God represents awareness itself: pure consciousness, pure observation, the spark of life, self awareness, and the true Self. Surrounding the throne are the four powers through which consciousness expresses itself: I Will I Think I Feel I Act Together, they represent the soul’s four worlds: the spiritual through will, the mental through thought, the emotional through feeling, and the physical through action. You are not merely the body or the mind. You are the eternal awareness behind them all. This shirt is a symbolic reminder of that higher truth, both for yourself and for those who understand its deeper meaning. One thing I've learned is that when my energy feels scattered, the problem usually isn't the distraction itself. The distraction is just the trail of flour on the ground. For a long time, I would notice myself losing focus, wasting time, or feeling mentally drained. I thought the solution was to simply try harder. But eventually I realized that wasn't the real issue. The real issue was the crack in the jar. Imagine a woman carrying a jar of flour home. As she walks, flour slowly spills out behind her. The obvious thing to notice is the trail. But the trail isn't the problem. The crack is. That's how I began looking at my own life. Whenever I noticed my energy leaking away, I stopped asking, "Why am I distracted?" and started asking, "What's causing the distraction?" Was it a habit? Was it a lack of purpose? Was it unresolved stress? Was it giving my attention to things that didn't deserve it? The moment I started tracing the leak back to its source, everything changed. Most people spend their lives sweeping up the flour while ignoring the crack. They fight the symptoms but never address the cause. I've learned that awareness is powerful. When you notice where your energy is escaping, don't just focus on the loss. Find the source. Repair the crack. Your attention is one of the most valuable things you possess. Wherever your attention goes, your life follows. Guard it carefully.

I’ll never sell my soul. I’ll never commit suicide. Everyday I’m in this flesh I shall fight the darkness of the world. Shining light on the shadows. Revealing what is kept behind doors. They can never bring me into the dark side. Because my heart is free from material desire. What I seek is not of the flesh. Stay strong everyone. Have a great weekend. Love you all.

Be careful how you think, because your life is shaped by your thoughts. Never say anything that is not true. Have nothing to do with lies or misleading words. Look straight ahead with honest confidence. Do not hang your head in shame. Plan carefully what you do, and whatever you do will turn out right. Avoid evil and walk straight ahead. Do not take even one step off the right way.
