Sir, Please raise the issue of GDS Rule3 Transfer Portal in tomorrow's meeting 🤝. We are eagerly waiting for you to give us Good News! GDS Rule3 Portal must be opened in the *1st Week of September* and Schedule (Timeline) must be published accordingly within due time. I am a GDS working far from home leaving my ill parents lonely there. Even after completing Service Eligibility Criteria for applying in GDS Rule3 transfer, I can't do so because the Process was deferred till complete roll out of IT 2.0. But now, APT IT2.0 has been successfully rolled out all over India ensuring Smooth functioning of Post Offices in all Circles. The initial Server problem is solved now. So, we are expecting that GDS Rule3 transfer portal may be opened in September 2025. I have a few requests regarding this - 1) We are suffering a lot far from home with such a low salary. So, please Publish a Timeline (Schedule) for preparatory exercise regarding GDS Rule3 transfer September Cycle 2025 as soon as possible. 2) Please make sure that there remains the Provision of Tentative Vacancy (i.e. Transfer Approved 2nd List), so that GDSs can avail more chances of getting transfer in nearby Post Offices. 3) Please Capture A-Z All Vacant GDS Posts in GDS Rule3 Transfer Portal including Vacancies arise due to Promotion, GDS Online Engagement 2025 Unfilled Vacancies, Resignation, Not Turned Up in Document Verification, Death, Transfer, Deputation etc. Please Sir, feel our Sufferings and Difficulties.
