Sir, As per the latest update received by DC Team, access to the IDC-2 complex is currently restricted and no personnel are being allowed inside due to the ongoing investigation and safety-related activities. Based on the present assessment, it appears that restoration of power in the IDC-2 complex may take at least a few days. It has been informed that there is no damage reported in the IDC-4 complex where DOP servers are hosted. In order to expedite service restoration, the BSNL-MTNL team is actively working on identifying an alternate arrangement to bypass the affected power source in IDC-2 and restore power to the BSNL equipment through an alternate feed. In this regard, BSNL/MTNL officials are scheduled to visit DAKC shortly to assess the feasibility of the proposed workaround and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for early restoration of services. #Update 03-06-2026:01:36 pm

Dear All Early morning there was a major fire issue in IDC 2 (DAKC) hence power supply to BSNL L3 switches is interrupted. The DAKC DC vendor is checking the power supply issue to BSNL L3 switches.

*📢 बड़ी खबर | अस्थायी कर्मचारियों को भी मिलेगा पेंशन और सेवा लाभ: सुप्रीम कोर्ट* नई दिल्ली, 02 जून 2026 सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसले में कहा है कि यदि किसी अस्थायी (कैजुअल/नाइट गार्ड) कर्मचारी से वर्षों तक स्थायी कर्मचारियों जैसा कार्य लिया गया है, तो उसे पेंशन और अन्य सेवा लाभों से वंचित नहीं किया जा सकता। अदालत ने डाक विभाग के पूर्व कर्मचारियों के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाते हुए केंद्र सरकार को 3 महीने के भीतर पेंशन एवं सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ जारी करने का निर्देश दिया है। साथ ही देरी होने पर 6% वार्षिक ब्याज देने का भी आदेश दिया गया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि राज्य एक आदर्श नियोक्ता की तरह व्यवहार करने के लिए बाध्य है और लंबे समय तक सेवा देने वाले कर्मचारियों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा से वंचित नहीं रखा जा सकता। अदालत ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि पेंशन कोई दया या खैरात नहीं, बल्कि कर्मचारियों का संवैधानिक और वैधानिक अधिकार है। मुख्य बिंदु: ✅ अस्थायी कर्मचारियों को भी पेंशन लाभ का अधिकार ✅ डाक विभाग के पूर्व कर्मचारियों को राहत ✅ 3 माह में लाभ जारी करने का आदेश ✅ देरी पर 6% वार्षिक ब्याज देय ✅ पेंशन को कर्मचारियों का अधिकार माना गया #SupremeCourt #IndiaPost #PensionNews #PostalEmployees #GovernmentEmployees #DakVibhag #EmployeeBenefits #BreakingNews #PostOfficeNews #GDSNews
