Yup ! all the backlog vacancies in this transfer schedule which arise due to cancellation of transfer by the candidates will be shown in new recruitment cycle instead of showing them as tentative vacancy and allotting them to next deserving senior candidate for transfer...!

Yes alloted person reject means his chance gone and he cannot apply nezt transfer since cooling off period between two transfers is one year
