Respected all Circles This is to inform that from today onwards, PoS refund process has been automated. Today onwards, CEPT and SBI will settle the PoS refunds at their end just like DQR and ePay refunds. Today, CEPT has shared all the refunds cases of 04th September with SBI. SBI will share the refund details after two days. As of now, the entire Cycle of refund settlement is T+5 days, which will be reduced to T+2 days shortly. Thanks to the CEPT team and SBI/Razorpay teams. In some time, we will issue the official information along with refund process for all digital payment channels.

🚨 DANGER : Clearly DOP is focusing on saving money by decreasing GDS ABPM Posts. As per our prediction but not sure, ABPM posts notified under GDS Online Engagement Schedule - II 2026, may be cancelled/ "Held in abeyance" anytime before Result. Gramin Dak Sevaks (BPM & ABPM) both are going to face a huge difficulty in near future. अगर SS Mahadevaiah जी रहते तो कुछ Action लेते, लेकिन अब GDS के लिए बात करने वाला कोई नहीं है.... 😢😭🙏

Particularly in urban areas and Branch Post Offices located near to account office/semi-urban/urban areas the delivery of mail can be done directly through the Account Office and those Branch Post Offices may be declared as Non-Delivery Branch Post Office.

Mail Conveyance through GDS from Account Office to Branch Post Office (s): A route generally covering 3-6 Branch Post Offices may be identified for conveyance of mail through a GDS from the Account Office to/from these Branch Post Offices. This ABPM can be utilized fully for mail carrier duties and delivery of big parcels enroute if his/her total duty hours can be utilized for this purpose. In this model, Branch Post Offices where work load of ABPM only for delivery is not justified as per prescribed establishment norms, the delivery work will be done by the BPMs.
