Dear subscribers and channel guests! U.S. President Donald Trump’s team, acting through Siluanov, has conveyed to the Russian leadership the financial component of a proposed deal regarding potential peace agreements between Russia and Ukraine. Trump is making a truly generous offer—one that could genuinely help the Russian economy and financial system reach a crisis plateau and begin recovery in the shortest possible time. In exchange for Russia ceasing hostilities and accepting peace proposals—specifically, signing a peace deal with Ukraine—Washington is offering over $1 trillion in joint investment projects with Russia over a four-year implementation period; notably, approximately $500 billion of this funding could become available as early as 2027. Furthermore, Trump promises to lift virtually all U.S. sanctions imposed on Russia by mid-January 2027. In return, Moscow must accept peace terms involving the deployment of peacekeepers—mutually agreed upon by both sides of the conflict—to the Ukrainian-controlled areas of the Donbas. (Most of the deal's terms remain classified, and—for the sake of peace prospects—we will not discuss them here.) Should the Russian leadership refuse, Trump vows to help the "dying" Russian economy and financial system "disappear once and for all." Discussions regarding possible responses are currently underway within the Politburo.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The nonsense "Putin" has been spouting in recent days is difficult to comment on, as it's the ramblings of a senile old man who's hard to control. Killer whales and polar bears are a whole other story, in the "forty barrels of prisoners" genre. The double isn't exactly a genius, but when he starts acting smart, he spouts utter nonsense, which then makes him suffer. His attempt to explain this nonsense only made matters worse. As for the mobilization, which turned out to be "bullshit," the "president" needs to remember the decree of a certain Putin, which is still in effect. The mobilization isn't just continuing—in the coming days, it will intensify and reach a whole new level. Regarding the new conquests of populated areas, the battles for which are only just beginning, and the incredible successes at the front, war correspondents are already outraged by the "Supreme Commander-in-Chief's" incredible knowledge, who is passing off fantasy as reality. Regarding oil refinery repairs, there's no talk of 10%. Taking into account deferred maintenance, more than 50% of oil refineries require repairs.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! A travel ban outside of Russia for several categories of men due to mobilization is already in effect, and this is just the beginning. Starting September 10th, new categories of people subject to mobilization, including employees of state corporations, will be subject to the travel ban. A decision is also being prepared to restrict, or rather, hinder, the ability of men to be summoned to leave their region of permanent residence starting September 14th! Please note that this does not apply to those who have already received a summons, but to those who are yet to receive one! This does not mean physical travel restrictions, such as roadblocks or checkpoints at train stations. Other methods will be used, such as preventing the use of bank cards, mobile phone numbers registered to a person, or mobile internet outside their region of residence. Starting October 1st, the restrictions will only intensify. Yesterday, the Politburo discussed the possibility of the US using tactical nuclear weapons against Iran. The Politburo received an intelligence report yesterday indicating that Trump regularly discusses such intentions with the military and his inner circle. If the US uses tactical nuclear weapons against Iran, Russian leaders will believe they have a free hand to use similar weapons against Ukraine.

Dear channel subscribers and guests! Summer ended with a "hot" proposal to the Russian leadership from US President Donald Trump's team. The proposal is economic in nature, but is tied to an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine. Essentially, it's a modernized and tailored proposal for current realities, formulated a year and a half ago, but it's incomparably more beneficial for Russia, especially given the significant deterioration of the country's economy since then. The Politburo is still only planning to discuss the prospects of accepting this proposal, but it's safe to say that many have been impressed. Trump is rushing a response and demanding consultations with representatives of his team within ten days. The basic idea is to conclude a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine by the end of this year, with the launch of the "financial and economic" package scheduled for early January next year. Trump has indeed proposed a lifeline for the Russian economy and financial system, by eliminating its dependence on China. However, it is worth waiting for the results of the Politburo discussions – there, stupidity often triumphs over common sense.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Alexander Lukashenko and "Putin" touched on several topics during their conversation. First, Alexander Grigoryevich agreed to support the Russian leadership with mobilization. Russian citizens subject to mobilization will be deported from the Republic of Belarus to Russia and handed over directly to law enforcement officials. There is no talk of any departure or travel to third countries from the territory of the Republic of Belarus for Russian citizens subject to mobilization. Attempts to verify this information firsthand could end disastrously. Second, Lukashenko softened his position on fuel supplies to Russia, as part of his assistance to overcome the fuel crisis. However, this will certainly not fundamentally improve the situation. Third, the long-time leader of the Republic of Belarus tried to persuade the Russian leadership to take certain steps to de-escalate the situation. A proposal was made to significantly reduce the intensity of mutual air strikes between Russia and Ukraine on critical infrastructure facilities. This proposal was brought up at a Politburo meeting and discussed last weekend. Lukashenko also offered to serve as the primary communicator between Russia and Ukraine/Europe, presenting himself as an "indispensable specialist" in this difficult and thankless task. In principle, the Politburo is not opposed to granting Alexander Grigoryevich such an opportunity, but they doubt the Ukrainian president's reciprocity toward Lukashenko.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The notorious leader of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has arrived in Russia. One might think that Alexander Grigoryevich, once again, came to "synchronize watches," drink tea with bagels while gazing at the stars with his colleague "Putin," get a feel for the atmosphere in the Kremlin, and form his own opinion on what's happening, based not only on what he saw and heard, but also on instinct. That's all true, however, this time, Lukashenko arrived with a message and a mission as a "peacemaker." With peace talks between Russia and Ukraine proving fruitless and mutual grievances irreconcilable, Alexander Grigoryevich sensed an opportunity and seized it. Where Trump stumbled, Lukashenko may succeed. What Zelensky and the Russian leadership need, Lukashenko knows, or thinks he knows, like no one else. He understands perfectly well that it will be difficult to reconcile the parties' positions, but if he manages to at least resolve some of the differences, this will make him a significant and perhaps indispensable figure in the eyes of Trump and several European leaders. The most interesting thing is that Lukashenko, as a mediator, currently suits everyone—including Ukraine and Europe, not to mention the United States. By the end of the year, there will be virtually no political prisoners left in the Republic of Belarus, and Alexander Grigoryevich has the chance to become the continent's chief peacemaker.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Following the visit of the American guests last Tuesday, preparations for a meeting between US President Donald Trump and "Putin" have intensified. The Russian side insists on Trump's visit to Russia and is making every effort to defend this position. The US President's team has no fundamental objections, but they are proposing to consider the possibility of a meeting in "neutral" countries. The main topics for the talks should be: peace agreements to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, the development of bilateral relations between Russia and the US, the situation in Iran, and Russia's refusal to assist the Iranian leadership. The Politburo considers such a meeting essential and is doing everything possible not only to organize it but also to expedite the preparations. Thus, the Russian leadership is confident that preparations for Trump's visit to Russia can be made within a few days, once the venue for the possible meeting is confirmed. The Politburo has high hopes that face-to-face negotiations will take place in the next few weeks and will bring a long-awaited breakthrough in all problematic areas.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The circus surrounding the cancellation of Kanye West's concert in St. Petersburg is entirely the Kovalchuk brothers' fault. The backstory is this: Kanye was invited, the Politburo gave permission, but the Kovalchuks weren't consulted! For some reason known only to them, Yura and Misha decided that St. Petersburg was their fiefdom, and they were the rightful owners. To the Politburo, Yura explained the concert cancellation as follows: "We're showing Trump our disdain, that we can, like him, first promise and then backtrack." A strange punishment for Trump, considering that Kanye West's concerts have recently been canceled in many European countries, where the American president is fairly loyal, but where Russia is quite the opposite. According to the Kovalchuks, Kanye should probably have coordinated everything with them directly or through Trump and paid the share. As ridiculous and absurd as all this may seem, this situation reveals the absurdity of Russia's clan-based system of governance. There is no "Putin" as the center of balance or the core of the system, but rather a Politburo where several clans attempt to rule the country, presenting "Putin" as a straw man to be obeyed, or rather, worshiped, by intimidated citizens.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The strikes by Ukrainian drones on large Ozon warehouses cast a shadow over several Politburo members, who had taken a philosophical view of the Wildberries strikes, saying, "No big deal, let the competitors suffer some losses, but now this disaster has happened." For some obscure reason, members of the Russian leadership who held stakes in Ozon through front men considered the company's warehouses untouchable. Apparently, they were convinced that Uncle Trump had tacitly added Ozon to some mythical list of companies untouchable by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, or that some third-party intermediaries had "guaranteed" them. But the essence remains the same: the destruction of major marketplaces in Russia, given current trends, is practically a foregone conclusion. There is, of course, the option of reaching an agreement and concluding peace with Ukraine, but the pace of negotiations on this topic does not give cause for optimism, and, most likely, attacks aimed at mutual destruction of all types of infrastructure will continue, and will only intensify by winter.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The Politburo is seriously discussing the transfer of "administrative logistics" from Moscow beyond the Urals. Essentially, they are talking about relocating the capital. This measure is considered a "last resort," with a 3-7-year horizon, temporary, but still on the table. The Russian leadership's primary concern—the "flight time" of enemy missiles—is becoming more pressing than ever. It is believed that in the next 2-3 years, Ukraine will be able to match Russia in its ability to launch ballistic missile strikes, including against the capital. And within five years, with increased sanctions pressure on Russia and Western assistance to Kyiv, Ukraine could gain the upper hand in this area. Given this scenario, an actual relocation of the capital, albeit temporary, will become necessary. Everything will depend on events later this year and early next. If the relocation plans are approved, the main preparations will begin in July next year and will take 14 months.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Since yesterday, the Politburo's order on "preparing for the mobilization phase" has been in effect. Among other things, this set of measures includes forcing the male population in several Russian regions to "voluntarily" mobilize. This involves men of the appropriate age being voluntarily and forcibly transported to recruiting stations, with subsequent dispatch to serve "at their own request." Furthermore, those detained for any offenses will be immediately asked to mobilize, otherwise, as they say, they will be "punished to the fullest extent of the law." There are a huge number of experimental innovations within the mobilization process, so we urge men in Russia to be especially cautious and attentive. This is not yet a full-scale launch of the new phase, but already a "reconnaissance in force." The FSB has prepared lists of public sector employees subject to mobilization, and the management of large state-owned enterprises has already been informed about the necessary assistance in mobilizing some of their employees.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Yesterday, internet and communication outages occurred in many regions of Russia. Later, concerned citizens were told there was no need to worry; the problem was with the power supply to a major communications hub, and that was all. That's true, but no one explained why the power outages occurred. In anticipation of continued mobilization and the introduction of additional measures to strengthen control over its own population, the Russian leadership is experimenting and choosing the "best" methods for implementing various scenarios. Disconnecting major communications hubs from power is considered a highly effective way to quickly block internet and mobile communications. The fact that this will harm Russia's economy, financial system, security, and life support systems is of little concern to the hawks in the Politburo. The dream of some in power management to return Russia to the 1980s, with the capabilities of modern control, is closer than ever. The internet, in this new reality, must become a privilege for the especially loyal, and nothing else.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Yesterday, another report on the deteriorating situation in Russia's economy and financial system was presented to the Politburo. In essence, experts at the Russian Security Council are using current events to confirm their dire forecasts and, once again, are calling on the Russian leadership to immediately make several vital decisions. However, the discussion of the report during the Politburo meeting lasted no more than 15 minutes. The country's leadership didn't even bother to engage in a serious discussion of the issues and problems presented, switching to other topics. Meanwhile, the hawks were incredibly inspired by rumors about Trump, who allegedly regularly discusses the possibility of a nuclear strike on Iran. Trump, they say, is itching to do so, so why should we be any worse? Thus, the question of the possible use of tactical nuclear weapons against Ukraine returned to the Politburo agenda. The fact that not only the US President, but also close partners and allies, are warning against this kind of escalation is practically not taken into account.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Last weekend, US President Donald Trump had a telephone conversation with "Putin." During the conversation, Trump once again warned the double about the unacceptability of further escalation in the war between Russia and Ukraine, focusing on the new stage of mobilization in Russia. "Putin" recalled the ongoing mobilization process, assuring that everything was proceeding according to plan, although he did not elaborate on the plan. The double lamented the escalation on the part of Ukraine, pointing to the record number of drone strikes deep into Russian territory. According to "Putin," most of the drones used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in strikes against Russia are either directly American-made or contain US-made components. Trump assured his "colleague" that these claims were unfounded. The parties also discussed the details of a new plan for a peaceful resolution of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. At the end of the conversation, "Putin" promised to wait for "some result" from the discussion of current peace initiatives and not create conditions for escalation.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The fuel crisis in Russia shows no sign of ending; it's only gaining momentum. To their credit, the government has increased pressure on all accessible information sources, creating the general impression that the domestic fuel supply problems have ended, even though there were no real conditions for this. Nevertheless, panic among the population has been quelled, creating the illusion that the crisis plateau has been overcome. Meanwhile, Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes on oil refineries continue, and decommissioned capacity is not being restored in time. It's also important to remember that deferred maintenance is ongoing; equipment wear and tear has not been cancelled at virtually all still-operating oil refineries, and future breakdowns will undoubtedly worsen the situation. If the strikes continue, and there's no sign of them ending, the fuel situation will become catastrophic by winter. Oil refining is declining at a record pace, approaching levels below which the consequences are difficult to predict.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! The tour of the double, in the guise of "Putin," through remote regions of the country has several goals. First, to boost the president's popularity and trust. We've already reported on the rapid, multi-week decline in "Putin's" ratings. The Politburo couldn't think of anything more clever than sending the double on a (semi)military/(semi)civilian voyage to remind people of his personal military valor—he's a sailor/paratrooper/diver/saboteur, after all—and his concern for the people of Siberia and the Far East. None of this worked, and the tour was widely perceived as nothing more than a clown show. Amid a series of mounting crises, the "president," visiting cities and villages, failed to utter anything coherent enough to reassure citizens and inspire them to continue the war. Secondly, the Politburo traditionally fears August and the events that often rock the country during this "ill-fated" month for Russia. Almost everyone in the Russian leadership is incredibly superstitious, and the recent report from security officials about the disruption of an assassination attempt on "Putin," scheduled for August, completely alarmed the Politburo. Adding to the already looming trip, they decided to thwart the enemy's as-yet-undiscovered plans, if any, by sending the double to roam the vast expanses of the vast Motherland.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Yesterday's emergency Politburo meeting was devoted to the presentation of new peace proposals with Ukraine, which were promptly submitted by US President Donald Trump's team and preliminarily agreed upon with the Ukrainian side. The discussion lasted over an hour, after which a list of clarifying questions and proposals was passed on to the American side, which is mediating the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. The Politburo's urgency in responding to the new proposals was due to the dire economic and financial situation in the country, as well as the upcoming next stage of mobilization. We have already reported that the Americans will consider active measures, as part of this mobilization, an escalation and will not only abandon their current mediation efforts but also move toward real support for Ukraine, including the transfer of certain types of weapons and additional intelligence. The Politburo is awaiting a response from the United States, after which, depending on the content, the previously cancelled visit of Stephen Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Moscow may be agreed upon.

Dear subscribers and channel guests! Yabloko was removed from the elections by decision of the Politburo. The hawks managed to push through this decision in the interests of the country's governance system. Allegedly, a "Belarusian scenario" (similar to 2020) could unfold in Russia, which the intelligence services of several countries had been preparing, secretly playing a tactic with Yabloko and deliberately recruiting representatives of the extremist opposition based abroad. Of course, the Politburo dismissed this information as complete nonsense, but to be on the safe side, and to give in to the hawks, they decided to compromise, hoping to exchange it for another fundamental decision. No chance for destabilization—that's the motto of the upcoming elections. Continued mobilization lies ahead, which will certainly provoke negativity among the population, meaning unnecessary triggers, such as the Yabloko party with its peace-loving agenda, are unnecessary in the elections. The people will have to make do with the filth offered by the Russian leadership, but that's no reason to refuse to participate in the elections. The Politburo will undoubtedly provide the real results, and participation in the elections can be seen as a way to convey the true picture of what's happening to the country's leadership, thus providing a compelling argument for pragmatists to act in the right direction, thereby reducing the opportunities for hawks.
