Illegals cannot legally fill out an I-9 form. That's the form you fill out when you start a job where you need to bring in identification like a drivers license, Social Security card, passport, etc. Illegals are almost always paid under the table, with no taxes or form reported to the IRS. When reporting to the IRS, tell them that there are employees who are being paid as independent contractors. The IRS has strict rules on employee classification. The employer has to pay various payroll taxes on employees' wages but not for independent contractors. This is tax fraud/evasion by avoiding these taxes. Report the employers to the IRS for this. The owner will shit their pants when they get audited.
