ሰላም ውድ የክለባችን አባላት እና የሰብዓዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች እንዲሁም የግቢያችን ተማሪዎች በሙሉ በየሳምንቱ ረቡዕ የሚቀርበው የክረምት ልዩ ዝግጅታችን ዛሬ በአይነቱ ልዩ በሆነው የመክፈቻ ዝግጅታችን፣ የሰብዓዊ መብቶችን መሰረታዊ ምንነት በአጭሩ እንደሚከተለው በመቃኘት ይጀምራል።
⚖️ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ምንድናቸው?
ሰብዓዊ መብት ማለት ማንኛውም ሰው ሰው በመሆኑ ብቻ ፣ በየትኛውም ጊዜ እና ቦታ ሊያገኛቸው የሚገቡ መሠረታዊ መብቶች ናቸው። እነዚህ መብቶች በዘር፣ በፆታ፣ በሃይማኖት ወይም በማንኛውም ሌላ መመዘኛ ሳይለዩ ለሁሉም የሰው ልጆች በእኩልነት የሚሰጡ ናቸው።
📜 ሰብዓዊ መብቶች በአራት ዋና ዋና ባህሪያት ይታወቃሉ፦
✨1 ፡(inheritable by nature)
በተፈጥሮ የሚገኙ ናቸው
ከአንድ ሰው የማይነጠሉ እና የማይወረሱ ናቸው
🌍2 (universal)
አለማቀፋዊ ናቸው፡
በዓለም ዙሪያ ላሉ ሰዎች ሁሉ በዘር በፆታ በቀለም በሀይማኖት በፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ሳይለይ እኩል ተፈጻሚነት አላቸው

ሁሉም መብቶች እርስ በርስ የተያያዙ ናቸው፤ አንዱን መብት ማክበር ሌላውን ለማረጋገጥ ይረዳል።

ሊገረሰሱ ወይም ሊቀነሉ አይችሉም።
በሕግ በተደነገገ ከባድ የወንጀል ቅጣት ካልሆነ በስተቀር አየገረሰሱም።

አዎን! ሰብዓዊ መብቶች በጊዜ ሂደት ባዳበሩት ይዘት በሶስት ትውልዶች ይከፈላሉ፦
1)st gen (ሲቪል እና ፖለቲካዊ) ዓላማው :የዜጎች ነፃነትን ሚያረጋጥ። በህይወት የመኖር መብት፣ ሃሳብን በነፃነት የመግለፅ መብት
2nd gen (ኢኮኖሚያዊ፣ ማህበራዊ እና ባህላዊ)፦
ዓላማው : እኩልነትን ሚያረጋገጥ ነው። የትምህርት መብት፤ የጤና አገልግሎት መብት ሀብት፣የማፍራት መብት
3rd gen የጋራ/የአብሮነት መብት:-
ዓላማው: አንድነት እና አብሮነትን ማጠንከር
የሰላም መብት ፤ ንፁህ አካባቢ የማግኘት መብት።
ለቀጣይ ሳምንት በምን ርዕስ እንዘጋጅሎ ? ሀሳቦን አሰተያየት መስጫው ላይ (comment) ያስፍሩ እናመሰግናለን ።

ለሰኔ ወር exit-exam ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች በሙሉ:-
የሃገር አቀፍ Exit exam ፈተና ከሰኔ 4/2018 ዓ/ም መሆኑን አውቃችሁ በብሔራዊ መታወቂያ (National ID) በመጠቀም የራሳችሁን መለያ ማረጋገጫ (Self-Identity Verification) ከዛሬ ጀምሮ ማጠናቀቅ ይኖርባችኋል። ይህ ማረጋገጫ በምዝገባ ጊዜ በሰጣችሁት የFAN ቁጥር እና የግል መረጃ (Biographic Data) መሠረት ይፈጸማል።
ይህን ሂደት ለማጠናቀቅ ከ2–3 ደቂቃ ብቻ ይወስዳል። ለፈተናው መቀመጥ አስፈላጊ የሆነ ግዴታ ስለሆነ፣ የመለያ ማረጋገጫውን በተቻለ ፍጥነት በሚከተለው መግቢያ በመጠቀም ማጠናቀቅ ይጠበቅባችኋል።

✔️ ምርጫዎቹን አትመናቸው (The 5-Step System): ጥያቄውን ስታነብ መልሱን መጀመሪያ በጭንቅላትህ ገምት። እንደ NOT እና EXCEPT ያሉ ጥያቄውን የሚቀለብሱ ቃላትን በደንብ ፈልግ።
✔️ "ሁልጊዜ" እና "በፍፁም" ጠላቶችህ ናቸው: በሕግ ውስጥ ሁልጊዜ ልዩ ሁኔታዎች (Exceptions) ስላሉ፣ ምርጫ ውስጥ ALWAYS ወይም NEVER ካየህ 80% ስህተት ስለሆኑ ወዲያውኑ ሰርዛቸው።
✔️ የ90 ሰከንድ ህግ እና የነፃ ማርክ አደን፦ ለአንድ ጥያቄ ከ90 ሰከንድ በላይ አታባክን። ጥያቄ አትለፍ፣ ምክንያቱም የተሳሳተ መልስ ማርክ አያስቀንስም። መልስ ስትቀይር የመጀመሪያ ስሜትህ (First Instinct) 67% ትክክል የመሆን ዕድል አለው።
✔️ አንበሶቹን ለይተህ ምታ (Tier 1): Civil/Criminal Procedure, Trade, Criminal እና Evidence ፈተናውን ስለሚቆጣጠሩት (18% ያህሉን ይይዛሉ) ለእነሱ ልዩ ትኩረት ስጥ።
