Important Announcement regarding your OBN Summer Internship: Due to a scheduling conflict between the OBN start date and campus dormitory availability, you must secure alternative accommodation for the first half of July.
Please take note of the following critical dates and details
OBN Internship Start Date: July 1, E.C.
Campus Dormitory Access: July 17, E.C. (No student will be allowed to enter the campus before this date).
Action Required: You need to find temporary housing or make independent arrangements from July 1 to July 16, E.C. to ensure you can begin your internship on time at OBN.

| 4 | Many of you have been asking about the Exit Exam results. The delay was due to the university not completing the required payment to the Ministry of Education (MoE). The payment has now been made, and the results are expected to be released soon.
In addition, an appeal(Complaint) has been submitted on behalf of ECE and EPCE students regarding the inclusion of 4 additional courses in the Exit Examination.

To: All CSE and ECE Internship Applicants
Please read the following details carefully regarding the upcoming mandatory orientation for the Information Network Security Administration (INSA) summer internship.
Orientation Details
Date: Monday, June 8
Attendance: Strictly Mandatory. You must be present physically. INSA takes this program very seriously, and attendance is the first step to securing your spot.
Required Document: Bring exactly one (1) 3x4 size passport photograph.
Urgent Action Required: Select Representatives
We need to immediately assign student representatives to coordinate directly with INSA management.
One (1) representative must be selected from CSE (Computer Science and Engineering).
One (1) representative must be selected from ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering).
Please discuss this and select your representatives urgently. Send the names of the selected representatives as soon as possible.
