Based on the 3D liquidity candle, the downside liquidity has already been cleared, so I'm now watching the upside as the next area of interest. 👉🏻 On the H4 timeframe, there's still a large imbalance in price. I'd prefer to see that imbalance get filled first before looking for any buying opportunities. For now, I'm staying patient and waiting for the market to come to my levels rather than chasing price. 📉 $BTC & $PENDLE TRADE UPDATE Both setups have now reached their invalidation levels. 👉🏻 $BTC: -1.5% 👉🏻 $PENDLE: -5% This was my first time testing a limit order setup on a BTC scalp. Initially, the reaction was good, but the setup ultimately failed. One thing I learned is that limit entries on scalp trades with very tight stops (1 to 2%) generally have a lower success rate because there's no lower timeframe confirmation. You're relying on price reacting from a predefined zone rather than waiting for confirmation that the move is actually developing. Going forward, I'll personally reserve limit order setups for swing trades, where they make more sense. For scalp trades, I still prefer market execution after proper confirmation. As for $PENDLE, it turned out to be a fakeout and the setup got invalidated. Every trade, whether it wins or loses, teaches something. The goal is to keep improving the process, not to avoid losses completely.

Overall, I'm not seeing many high-quality opportunities at the moment. For today, my plan is simple: wait for the market to react to the news first, then I'll reassess and share my next market view. I do have a personal limit buy area marked on $BTC, but my confidence is lower than usual because of the upcoming news event. Now I'll look for another trade Now here's an interesting observation 👀 ➡️ On 8th July, we have the FOMC meeting. Before that, on 6th July, the news about MSTR selling Bitcoin created panic across the market. Retail traders started selling, while that panic selling was absorbed by larger buyers, and price quickly reclaimed the range. This is a great reminder that liquidity sweeps often happen before major events. In my view, the downside liquidity has already been taken, and now I'll be watching how price behaves heading higher into the FOMC meeting. Let's see how the market unfolds.
