You don't need to focus too much on rules like: ➡️ Use only 1-2% margin ➡️ Use specific leverage ➡️ Follow complicated position sizing formulas Instead, ask yourself one simple question before every trade: ❓ Can my portfolio be wiped out in a single day, a single week, a single month, or after a few bad trades? If your answer is YES then you seriously need to rethink your risk management. If your answer is NO then you're probably on the safer side. The real rule of this game is not making the most money in one trade. The real rule is staying in the game long enough. The traders you see today flexing their crypto wealth are not necessarily the smartest traders. They are the ones who survived long enough to benefit from opportunities when they came.
