የኢፐሰዩ ካውንስል የ2018 በጀት ዓመት የ3ኛ ሩብ ዓመት የመደበኛና የሪፎርም ስራዎችን አፈጻጸም ገመገመ የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ካውንስል የዩኒቨርሲቲውን የ2018 በጀት ዓመት የ3ኛ ሩብ ዓመት የመደበኛና የሪፎርም ስራዎች እና ቁልፍ የውጤት አመላካችን (KPIs) አፈጻጸም ግምገማ እና በቀጣይ ሶስት ወራት የሚከናወኑ ዋና ዋና ተግባራት ላይ የውይይት መርሀ ግብር መጋቢት 29 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በህዳሴ አዳራሽ አካሄደ፡፡ በዕለቱም የስትራቴጂክ ጉዳዮች ስራ አስፈጻሚው አቶ ተፈሪ ጊሼ የ3ኛው ሩብ ዓመት የሪፎርም፣ የመደበኛ እና ቁልፍ የውጤት አመላካች (KPIs) የአፈጻጸም ሪፖርትን አቅርበዋል፡፡ በመቀጠልም የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዝደንት ዶ/ር ንጉስ ታደሰ በቀጣይ ሶስት ወራት ትኩረት ተሰጥቷቸው ሊከናወኑ የሚገቡ የሪፎርም፣ የመደበኛ እና ቁልፍ የውጤት አመላካቾች ከማስፈጸሚያ ስልታቸው እና ዝርዝር የጊዜ ሰሌዳቸው ጋር ለካውንስሉ አቅርበዋል፡፡ ዶ/ር ንጉስ ታደሰ ይህን ዝርዝር መረሃግብር ማዘጋጀትና ማቅረብ ያስፈለገበትን ዓላማ ሲገልጹ እስከ ቀጣይ ሰኔ 30 ድረስ መደበኛም ሆኑ የሪፎርም ሥራዎችን በተቀናጀ ሁኔታ ለማጠናቀቅና ወደ ቀጣይ ስራዎች ለመግባት ለመፍጠር መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡ ዶ/ር ንጉስ ታደሰ ባቀረቡት ዝርዝር መርሃ ግብር፣ በቀጣይ የሚፈጸሙትን ስራዎች በሶስቱም ዘርፎች እና በስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት ለይተው ያመላከቱ ሲሆን፣ ይዘቱም የተጀመረውን የለውጥ ስትራቴጂክ እቅድ አጠናቆ ማስጸደቅ፣ የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ እና አስተዳደር ሪፎርም ሙሉ በሙሉ ወደስራ ማስገባት፣ የተግባር እና የራስገዝ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስፈጸሚያ ስትራቴጂክ ሰነዶችን ማጠናቀቅ እና ወደስራ ማስገባ፣ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው ገቢ ማሳደጊያ የሚውሉ አዳዲስ ኢንተርፕራዞችን ማቋቋም የሚሉ እና ሌሎችም ዋና ዋና ጉዳዮች ተካተዋል፤ ለእያንዳንዱ ተግባር የማስፈጸሚያ ስልት ተቀምጦለታል፡፡ ከዚያም የካውንስሉ አባላት በቀረበው ሪፖርትና በቀጣይ ሶስት ወራት ዝርዝር የስራ መርሀግብር ላይ ጥያቄዎች እና አስተያየቶች ያቀረቡ ሲሆን፣ የዘርፍ ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቶች እና የሚመለከታቸው የስራ ኃላፊዎች ምላሽ እና ማብራሪያ፣ እንዲሁም ዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዚደንት ዶ/ር ንጉስ ታደሰ ማጠቃለያ ተሰጥቷል፡፡ Visit our website: http://www.epsu.edu.et/ Follow our Facebook page: https://web.facebook.com/EPSUfb Follow our Telegram Channel: https://t.me/epsutelegram Follow us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/.../ethiopian-public.../about/ Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@EPSUyt

በኢፐሰዩ መጋቢት 12 ቀን የተጀመረው የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት መርሀ ግብር ተጠናቀቀ በኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የማህበረሰብ ተሳትፎ የኢንዱስትሪ ትስስር እና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ዳይሬክቶሬት አስተባባሪነት በየካ እና በለሚኩራ ክፍለ ከተሞች ለሚገኙ የተለያዩ የማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች ከመጋቢት 12 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ ሲደርግ የቆየውን የማህበረሰብ ድጋፍ አገልግሎት ተጠናቀቀ፡፡ የዩኒቨርሲቲው የምርምር እና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ምትኩ አዲሱ በመዝጊያ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ ተገኝተው ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት፣ የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካባቢው ከሚገኙ ተቋማት ጋር የተቀናጀ የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎትን የመስጠት ተግባሩን በቀጣይነት አጠናክሮ እንደሚቀጥል ጠቁመው፣ ይህ ተግባር ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ተቀዳሚ ተግባራት አንዱ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡ በዚህ ተግባር ላይ ለተሳተፉ አካላትም ምስጋናቸውን አቅርበው፣ ወደፊትም ተሳትፎአቸውን አጠናክረው እንዲቀጥሉም አሳስበዋል፡፡ የማህበረሰብ ተሳትፎ የኢንዱስትሪ ትስስር እና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ዳይሬክቶሬት አስተባባሪ የሆኑት ዶ/ር ዋርካው ለገሰ በበኩላቸው የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎቱ፣ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው በተሰጡት ቁልፍ የውጤት አመላካቾች መሰረት የተከናወነ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡ የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎቱ በየካ እና በለሚኩራ ክፍለከተማ ከሚገኙት ከሮፋም ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት፣ ከጊብሰን አካዳሚ፣ ከሂልሳይድ አካዳሚ፣ ከሳፋሪ አካዳሚ እና ከደጃዝማች ወንድይራድ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ለተጠሩ 25 የትምህርት አመራሮች የአንድ ቀን የአስተዳደር እና የትምህርት አመራር የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስልጠና በዶ/ር ዘውዴ ዛኬ አማካኝነት፣ ከአምስቱ ትምህርት ቤቶች ለተውጣጡ 50 መምህራን የትምህርት እቅድ እና ዝግጅት፣ የትምህር ክፍል አስተዳደር እና የዲሲፕሊን የግምገማ ቴክኒኮች ላይ ያተኮረ የአንድ ቀን ስልጠና ደግሞ በዶ/ር አስማማው ገብረ እግዚአብሔር እና በአቶ አበበ ተስፋ አማካኝነት ተሰጥቷል፡፡ ከየትምህርት ቤቶቹ ለተጠሩ 300 የ12ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎችም የሂሳብ ትምህርት ማጠናከሪ ትምህርት (tutorial) ለአስር ቀናት በአቶ ሹመቴ አበጀ፣ በአቶ ንጉሴ ማሞ፣ በአቶ ፈየራ አስፋው እና በአቶ ኢሳያስ ሽፈራው አማካኝነት ሲሰጥ ቆይቷል፡፡ ከዚህም ሌላ በአእምሮ ጤና እና አደንዛዥ ዕጽ አላግባብ መጠቀም የሚያስከትለውን ጉዳት መሰረት ያደረገ የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስልጠና፣ ከየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 9 እና ከለሚኩራ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 13 ለተጠሩ 50 ወጣቶች፣ እንዲሁም በዩኒቨርሲቲው ዙሪያ ለሚገኙ በርካታ የማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች በዶ/ር ብስራት ተክሌ አማካኝነት የተሰጠ ሲሆን፣ የመንገድ ደህንነት እና የትራፊክ አደጋን አስከፊነት የተመለከተ የአንድ ቀን የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስልጠና ለ50 የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ተማሪዎች በዶ/ር በለጠ እጅጉ እና ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለስልጣን በመጡ ባለሙያ ተሰጥቷል፡፡ በመጨረሻም መጋቢት 28 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በተካሄደው የመዝጊያ ስነስርዓት ላይ፣ ከየካ እና ከለሚ ኩራ ክፍለ ከተማ ፖሊስ መምሪያዎች ከመጡ የትራፊክ ፖሊስ አባላት እና ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለስልጣን ከመጡ ባለሙያዎች ጋር በመሆን የጎዳና ላይ ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስነ ስርዓት ተካሂዷል፡፡ Visit our website: http://www.epsu.edu.et/ Follow our Facebook page: https://web.facebook.com/EPSUfb Follow our Telegram Channel: https://t.me/epsutelegram Follow us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/.../ethiopian-public.../about/ Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@EPSUyt

በኢፐሰዩ የመምህራን ማህበር ሥራ አስፈጻሚዎች ምርጫ ተካሄደ መጋቢት 25 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ( ኢፐሰዩ) የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የመምህራን ማህበር ሥራ አስፈጻሚዎች ምርጫ የኢትዮጵያ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መምህራን ማህበር ፕሬዚደንት፣ የውጪና የህዝብ ግንኙነት ተጠሪ እንዲሁም የማህበሩ ተወካይ በተገኙበት ዛሬ መጋቢት 25 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በህዳሴ አዳራሽ ተካሄደ፡፡ በተደረገው ምርጫም ዶ/ር ወይንሸት መንግስቱ የማህበሩ ፕሬዚደንት ሆነው የተመረጡ ሲሆን፣ አቶ አብደላ ሁሴን ዋና ጸሐፊ፣ ዶ/ር መርጊቱ ደበላ የሥርዓተ-ጾታ እና ምክትል ዋና ጸሐፊ ፣ ዶ/ር መስፍን ስዩም የህዝብ ግንኙነት፣ ዶ/ር ይመር መሀመድ ኦዲተር እና ዶ/ር ወንድአፈራሁ ሙሉጌታ የትምህርት ስልጠናና ምርምር አሰተባባሪ ሆነው ተመርጠዋል፡፡ በምርጫ ሥነ ስርዓቱ መክፈቻ ላይም የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ም/ፕሬዚደንት ዶ/ር አማኑኤል ኩሲያ እንደገለጹት በዩኒቨርሲቲው የመምህራን ማህበርን ለመመስረት በርካታ ስራዎች ሲሰሩ መቆየታቸውን ጠቁመው፣ የማህበሩ ምስረታው እውን ሊሆን በመቻሉ የተሰማቸውን ደስታ ገልጸዋል፡፡ አክለውም ማህበሩ በዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚገኙ መምህራን አንድነት በመፍጠር እና በመደራጀት የመምህራንን መብትና ጥቅም ከማስከበሩም በተጨማሪ፣ በመምህራን ላይ የሚመጡ ጫናዎችን አስቀድሞ ለመከላከል እንደሚያግዝ አመልክተው፣ የማህበሩ ምስረታም ዩኒቨርሲቲው በለውጥ ሂደት ላይ እያለ እውን ሊሆን መቻሉ እጅግ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ትርጉም ያለው መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡ የኢትዮጵያ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መምህራን ማህበር ፕሬዚደንት በበኩላቸው ለማህበሩ መመስረት የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዚደንትና አመራር ላበረከቱት አሰተዋጽኦና ድጋፍ አመስግነው፣ ያለውን መነሳሳት አድንቀዋል፡፡ አያይዘውም የማህበሩ የምስረታ ሂደትና ዓላማ እንዲሁም ማህበሩ ከምስረታው ጀምሮ እያከናወቸው ያሉ ተግባራትን ለመምህራኑ አጋርተዋል፡፡ በምርጫው ላይ የተሳተፉ መምህራን በሰጡት አስተያየት የማህበሩ መመስረት እንደ መምህርም ሆነ እንደተቋም የሚኖረው ሚና እጅግ ከፍተኛ መሆኑን እና ማህበሩን በመምራት ላይ ያሉትን አመራሮች እያደረጉ ላለው አስተዋጽኦ ያላቸውን አድናቆት ገልጸዋል፡፡ በመጨረሻም የተመረጡት ሥራ አስፈጻሚዎች ማህበሩን በቅንነትና በታማኝነት ለማገልገል ቃለ መሀል ፈጽመዋል፡፡ Visit our website: http://www.epsu.edu.et/ Follow our Facebook page: https://web.facebook.com/EPSUfb Follow our Telegram Channel: https://t.me/epsutelegram Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@EPSUyt

ማስታወቂያ የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚሰጠው የተከታታይ ትምህርት ፕሮግራም ክፍያ ለረጅም ጊዜ ሳይሻሻል በመቆየቱ፣ አሁን ካለው የገበያ ሁኔታና ለትምህርት ጥራት ከሚያስፈልገው ወጪ ጋር የማይመጣጠን ሆኖ ቆይቷል። በመሆኑም ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጥራት ያለው ትምህርት ለመስጠትና አስፈላጊው የትምህርት ግብዐቶችን ለማቅረብ እንዲችል የክፍያ ማሻሻያ ጥናት አድርጎ በዩኒቨርሲቲ የሥራ አመራር ቦርድ የክፍያ ማሻሻያው የጸደቀ መሆኑ ይታወቃል። ሆኖም ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተማሪዎች ላይ ሊያርፍ የሚችለውን የኢኮኖሚ ጫና ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት፣ ማሻሻያው በዚህ የ2018 ዓ.ም ሁለተኛ መንፈቀ ዓመት ተግባራዊ እንደማይሆን እየገለጽን፤ አዲሱ የክፍያ ተመን ከሚቀጥለው አካዳሚክ ዓመት ( መስከረም 2019 ዓ.ም) ጀምሮ ሥራ ላይ የሚውል መሆኑን እናስታውቃለን። የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ

A key expertise delegation from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) visited the Ethiopian Public Service University (EPSU) today to strengthen bilateral ties and define collaborative roles in supporting Ethiopia's national public service reform agenda.
