ኮንስትራክሽን ውል እና ኣይነቶቹ:- 🔶1. Lump Sum Contract፡ በአንድ ጊዜ ድምር ውል ውስጥ ኮንትራክተሩ ሙሉውን ፕሮጀክት በተወሰነ ዋጋ ለማጠናቀቅ ይስማማል። ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል ከትንሽ እስከ መካከለኛ የግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች የሥራው ወሰን በደንብ የተገለጸ ነው. 2. ኮስት ፕላስ ውል፡- በዋጋ እና በኮንትራት ኮንትራክተሩ ለፕሮጀክቱ ትክክለኛ ወጪ የሚከፈለው ክፍያ ወይም በመቶኛ ነው። ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል ብዙ ጊዜ ለዋጋ አወጣጥ የበለጠ ተለዋዋጭነትን ስለሚያስችል እርግጠኛ ባልሆኑ ወይም በዝግመተ ለውጥ ላይ ለሚገኙ ፕሮጀክቶች ያገለግላል። 🔶3. የጊዜ እና የቁሳቁስ ውል፡- በጊዜ እና የቁሳቁስ ውል ውስጥ ኮንትራክተሩ የሚከፈለው በፕሮጀክቱ ላይ ባጠፋው ጊዜ እና ጥቅም ላይ በሚውልበት ቁሳቁስ መሰረት ነው። ▶️ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል ብዙውን ጊዜ ለትናንሽ ፕሮጀክቶች ወይም ፕሮጀክቶች ቋሚ ዋጋ ለመወሰን አስቸጋሪ በሚሆንበት ጊዜ ግልጽ ያልሆኑ የሥራ ወሰን ላላቸው ፕሮጀክቶች ያገለግላል. 4. የአሃድ ዋጋ ውል፡ በአንድ የዋጋ ውል ውስጥ ኮንትራክተሩ የሚከፈለው በተጠናቀቁት የስራ ክፍሎች ብዛት ነው።  ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል የሥራው ስፋት በቀላሉ ሊለካባቸው ለሚችሉ ፕሮጀክቶች ለምሳሌ የመንገድ ግንባታ ወይም የመገልገያ ሥራ የተለመደ ነው። 5. የንድፍ ግንባታ ውል፡- በንድፍ ግንባታ ውል ውስጥ ተቋራጩ ፕሮጀክቱን የመንደፍ እና የመገንባት ሃላፊነት አለበት።  ▶️የዚህ ዓይነቱ ውል ብዙውን ጊዜ ባለቤቱ የንድፍ እና የግንባታ ሂደቱን ለማቀላጠፍ ለሚፈልጉ ፕሮጀክቶች ወይም ፕሮጀክቶች በፍጥነት ያገለግላል:: 6. የተረጋገጠ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ (ጂኤምፒ) ውል፡ በጂኤምፒ ውል ውስጥ ኮንትራክተሩ ፕሮጀክቱን በተወሰነ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ለማጠናቀቅ ተስማምቷል።  ትክክለኛው ወጪዎች ከከፍተኛው ዋጋ በላይ ከሆነ, ተጨማሪ ወጪዎችን የመሸፈን ሃላፊነት ያለው ኮንትራክተሩ ነው። ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል ለባለቤቱ የወጪ እርግጠኝነት ይሰጣል እንዲሁም ኮንትራክተሩ ወጪዎችን እንዲቆጣጠር ያበረታታል። 7. የተቀናጀ የፕሮጀክት አቅርቦት (IPD) ውል፡ በአይፒዲ ውል ውስጥ ባለቤቱ፣ ስራ ተቋራጩ እና ዲዛይነር በቡድን ሆነው በጠቅላላው ፕሮጀክት ይተባበራሉ። ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል በሁሉም የፕሮጀክት ባለድርሻ አካላት መካከል ግልጽነትን፣ ትብብርን እና ተጠያቂነትን ያበረታታል። 8. የመንግስት-የግል ሽርክና (PPP) ውል፡- በፒፒፒ ውል ውስጥ አንድ የግል ተቋም የግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ለማዳበር እና ለማስኬድ ከህዝብ አካል ጋር ይተባበራል።  ይህ ዓይነቱ ውል ለትላልቅ የመሠረተ ልማት ፕሮጄክቶች እንደ የትራንስፖርት ሥርዓቶች ወይም የጤና እንክብካቤ ተቋማት የተለመደ ነው።

በርካታ ምክንያቶች በሲቪል ምህንድስና ውስጥ ለ Slab ውድቀት አስተዋጽኦ ሊያደርጉ ይችላሉ ከነዚህ ውስጥ ዋና ዋና ምክኒያቶችን እንደሚከተለው አቅርበናቸዋል ፡-

1-ከመጠን በላይ መጫን/Overloading፡- ስላቡ ከዲዛይን አቅም በላይ የሆነ ጭነት ሲገጥመው ለምሳሌ ከባድ ዕቃዎችን ወይም ከባድ ቁሳቁሶችን ላዩ ላይ ማከማቸት። 2-ደካማ የግንባታ ልምዶች፡- በቂ ያልሆነ የኮንክሪት ድብልቅ-mix ወይም ተገቢ ያልሆነ የማጠናከሪያ-Reinforcement አቀማመጥ ያሉ ጉዳዮች ስላቡን ያዳክማሉ። 3-የጎደለው ዲዛይን፡- እንደ በቂ ያልሆነ ውፍረት ወይም ተገቢ ያልሆነ ጭነት ማከፋፈል ያሉ ጉድለቶች የስላቡን ታዐማኒነት ሊነሱት ይችላሉ። 4-የቁሳቁስ መበላሸት፡- የማጠናከሪያ-Reinforcement ወይም የኬሚካል ጥቃት ኮንክሪት ላይ መበላሸት በጊዜ ሂደት ስላቡን ሊያዳክም ይችላል። 5-የፋውንዴሽን አሰፋፈር፡- የመሠረቱን እኩል አለመስተካከል ስላቡን ከአቅሙ በላይ ሊያስጨንቀው ወንም Stress ሊፈጥርበት ይችላል። 6-የሴይስሚክ እንቅስቃሴ፡- የመሬት መንቀጥቀጦች ወይም የመሬት መንቀጥቀጦች ተለዋዋጭ-dynamic ሸክሞችን ሊጭኑ ይችላሉ፣የሚከሰተዉን ሸክም ስላቡ በበቂ ሁኔታ ካልተቋቋመ ውድቀት ሊያስከትል ይችላል። 7-የሙቀት ውጤቶች፡ የሙቀት መስፋፋት እና መኮማተር በተለይም ከፍተኛ የሙቀት ልዩነት ባለባቸው ክልሎች በዲዛይኑ ላይ በትክክል ካልተሰራ ወደ መሰባበር-cracks እና ውድቀት ሊመራ ይችላል። 8-Collapse/ውድቀትን ለመከላከል እነዚህን ሁኔታዎች በተገቢው ዲዛይን፣ የግንባታ ጥራት እና የጥገና አሰራር መፍታትን ይጠይቃል።
