የግንባታ ግስጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአማራ ብሄራዊ ከልላዊ መንግስት በደቡብ ወሎ ዞን በተሁለደሬ ወረዳ በ01 ቀበሌ አስተዳደር ማህበረሰብ የስብሰባ አዳራሽና ለአስተዳደር ቢሮ ጥገና(የጭቃ መረጋ፣ የግርፍ ስራ የቆርቆሮ ማልበስ የቀለም ቅብና ኮርኒስ ስራ) ለማድረግ ተጫራቹ የግንባታ ግብዓቱን ችሎ በዘርፉ ፍቃድ ያላቸውን ተቋራጮችን አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም፡- 1. ለሥራው ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ ኖሯቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸውና የግብርከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው:: 2. በኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪ ልማትና ቁጥጥር ዘርፍ ተመዝነው የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ያላቸውና በዘርፉ ደረጃ 9 እና ከዛ በላይ የሆኑ፣ ከተደራጁበት ጽ/ቤት ሥራ እንደሌላቸው የሚገልጽ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ የሚችሉና የመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም ዋስትና ማቅረብ የሚችሉ 3. የጨረታ ሰነዱ ሲገዙ ለእያንዳንዱ ጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 400/ አራት መቶ ብር/ ብቻ በመከፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት እለት ጀምሮ ለ20 ተከታታይ ቀናት እስከ 21ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ድረስ 01 ቀበሌ በደዶ አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ድረስ በመቅረብ በስራ ቀናት መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡ 4. የጨረታ ሰነዱን የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ የማወዳደሪያ ዋጋቸውን ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በ01 ቀበሌ አስተዳደር ማህበረሰብ ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ከ09/07/2017ዓ.ም -እስከ 29/07/2017ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡ 5. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ትክክለኛ ስም በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ብቻ የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን አስር በመቶ(10%) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 6. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚጠበቅበትን ሰነድ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል። 7. የተጫራቾች ያቀረበው ሰነድ ተገምግሞ መስፈርቱን ያሟላ ተጫራች ብቻ ይከፈታል፡፡ 8. ጨረታው በ29/07/2017ዓ.ም ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ተዘግቶ ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል (ባይገኙም ይከፈታል) የጨረታ መክፈቻ ጊዜው የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡ 9. የጨረታ መከፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ እድሁም የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ ጨረታው በቀጣይ የስራ ቀን የመከፈቻ ሰአቱን ጠብቆ ይከፈታል፡፡ 10. የጨረታው አሸናፊ በመሆን የተመረጠው ድርጅት ውል በሚዋዋልበት ጊዜ ከ70 በመቶ በታች የሆነ ጅምር ሥራ እንደሌለው ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 11. ስርዝ ድልዝ ኖሮት ካልተፈረመ፣ በፍሉድ የጠፋ፣ በስም ያልታሸገ ሰነድ ከጨረታው ያስርዛል፡፡ 12. ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 0914458551 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል። 13. መሥሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በደቡብ ወሎ ዞን የተሁስደሬ ወረዳ የ01 ቀበሌ አስተዳደር

የጥገና ሥራ (Maintenance of defects) እና ጥገና የሚከናወንበት አስገዳጅ ጊዜ🏗 🚧አንድ ተቋራጭ በተሰጠው ዲዛይን መሰረት ገንብቶ የማስረከብ ግዴታ ያለበት መሆኑ የሚታወቅ ሲሆን ከጊዜያዊ ርክክብ እስከ መጨረሻ ርክክብ ድረስ ያለው ጊዜ የብልሽት (እክል) መለያ ጊዜ (defect liability period) የሚባል ሆኖ አሠሪው ባለቤት ሥራዎቹን ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ ከመረከቡ በፊት አገልግሎት እየሰጠበት ሳለ ሁሉም ሥራዎች በአግባቡ መሠራታቸውን ለመመርመር የሚያስችለው ጊዜ ሲሆን ርዝማኔው በውላቸው ላይ የሚወሰን መሆኑን የፍ/ህ/ቁ 3276 እስከ 3277 ድንጋጌ አስቀምጧል። በድንጋጌው መሰረት ሥራ ተቋራጩ በጊዜያዊ ርክክብ ለባለቤቱ ሳያስረክብ ከፍተኛ በሆነ ኃይል ምክንያት መፈራረስ ወይም ጉዳት ቢደርስበት ኪሳራው የሥራ ተቋራጩ ስለሆነ ከርክክብ በፊት ጥገና ማከናወን አለበት። በፍ/ሕ/ቁጥር 3278 (2) መሰረት ሥራ ተቋራጩ ከአሠሪው መሥሪያ ቤት /ባለቤት/ እንዲያድሳት የሚያስፈልገው ሥራ ተመልክቶ እንዲያድስለት ትእዛዝ በደረሰው ጊዜ የማደስ ግዴታ አለበት (ሥራ ተቋራጩ የእክል መለያ ጊዜ ውስጥ ከሆነ ከአንድ ጊዜ በላይ የእድሳት ትእዛዝ ሊሰጠው የሚችል ሲሆን እየተመላለሰ ሊያድስ የሚችልበት አስገዳጅ ሁኔታ ነው)። ይህ የጥገና ጊዜ በፍ/ሕ/ቁ 3277 (2) መሰረተ በውል የሚወሰን እንዲሆን የተፈቀደ ሲሆን ብዙ የሀገራችን የግንባታ ውሎች ስድስት ወር (6 Months) እና አንድ ዓመት (1 year) የመጠቀም ልምድ አላቸው። ተቋራጩ ከእያንዳንዱ ክፍያው ላይ 5% የጥገና መያዣ እየተቀነሰ የሚከፈለው ሲሆን በጊዜያዊ ርክክብ ሰዓት ግማሹ (ማለትም 2.5%) ይመለስለታል። ነገር ግን 2.5% ክፍያው የብልሽት መለያ ጊዜ እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ አሠሪው ባለቤት የሚይዘው ሲሆን ጥገና በሚያስፈልግበት ሰዓት ጥገናውን ለማከናወኑ መያዣ ነው። ሥራ ተቋራጪ ጥገናውን የማያከናውን ከሆነ ለጥገና ማሠሪያ የሚውል ገንዘብ ሲሆን ለተቋራጩ ተመላሽ አይሆንም። 💫ተቋራጩ የተጠየቀውን የጥገና ሥራ ካከናወነ ግን ቀሪ 2.5% በመጨረሻ ርክክብ ጊዜ የሚለቀቅለት ክፍያ ይሆናል።
