The escalating feud between President Trump and Volodymr Zelenksy over Russia oil sanctions and peace negotiations has deep exopolitical elements which should no longer be ignored. What is happening behind the scenes exopolitically, is that Trump is working with President Putin and other "Earth Alliance" leaders (Xi, Modi, etc.) to end the Ukraine war as part of the process for humanity unifying, with the US playing a leading role, and joining the galactic community, e.g., Galactic Federation, etc., as Prof Haim Eshed alluded to back in 2020. A number of contactees/whistlebloweres I've recently interviewed, JP, Lily Nova and George Kavassilas, have all seen Russian and Ukrainian forces collaborating as part of an Earth Alliance coalition combating renegade Dark Fleet/4th Reich forces in joint operations on the Moon, Antarctica, Mars, Ceres, Greenland, and Green Mountain, Alabama. In contrast, the Deep State, which includes most European Union leaders, American politicians, and mainstream media are doing all they can to prolong and expand the Ukraine War. 🔥 Do Everything With a Good Heart... But Don't Forget Yourself I came across this memory from two years ago, and it still resonates with me today... maybe even more now than it did back then. One of the biggest lessons life has taught me is to always lead with a good heart... but to stop attaching expectations to the love, kindness, and energy I give to others. For a long time, I thought that if I treated people with love, honesty, and respect, they would naturally give those same things back. And when they didn't... it hurt. Sometimes deeply. But somewhere along this journey, I started to understand something. The way I choose to show up in this world is a reflection of who I am... not a guarantee of how someone else will treat me. I don't want the disappointments I've experienced to turn me into someone I'm not. I don't want a few painful experiences to make me suspicious of everyone or cause me to close a heart that I've worked so hard to keep open. But I've also learned that having a good heart doesn't mean allowing people to take advantage of it. You can give without expecting repayment and still recognize when a relationship has become one-sided. You can love people deeply and still have boundaries. You can wish someone well and understand that they no longer belong in your life. And I think that's where the real growth happens... when you can remain kind without being naive, generous without abandoning yourself, and loving without needing everyone to love you the same way. We're human. We're still going to feel disappointed sometimes. We're still going to get hurt. Having no expectations doesn't make us immune to those feelings. But I refuse to let those experiences take away the goodness in my heart. At the end of the day, I want to look back on my life knowing that I loved genuinely, gave freely when I could, and stayed true to myself... even when others didn't understand or appreciate it. Keep your heart open... just make sure you're included in the love you're giving away. 💜 ZF 🔥

🔥 When the Ego Becomes Spiritual One of the biggest traps on the spiritual journey is believing that awakening somehow means we've moved beyond our ego. I've come to realize that the ego doesn't just disappear because we start meditating, healing, talking about energy, or expanding our consciousness. Sometimes it simply puts on a new costume. Instead of needing to be the smartest person in the room, suddenly we need to be the most awakened. Instead of judging people for what they have, we start judging them for what they haven't spiritually figured out yet. We trade material superiority for spiritual superiority... and somehow convince ourselves we've evolved. I've watched this happen in spiritual communities, and I've had to catch it within myself, too. It's sneaky. The moment we start believing we're more conscious, more enlightened, or somehow further along than everyone else... we might want to ask ourselves who's really doing the talking. Because awakening isn't about becoming better than anyone else. It's about becoming more aware of the parts of ourselves that still need understanding, compassion, and healing. You can have incredible spiritual experiences and still be driven by insecurity. You can speak beautifully about unconditional love and still struggle to practice it when someone challenges your beliefs. You can preach unity while quietly separating people into those who are awake and those who aren't. And here's the part that really matters... The moment your spirituality becomes a reason to look down on another human being, you've lost sight of the very thing you were trying to understand. Real growth, at least from what I've experienced, has a way of humbling you. The deeper you go, the more you realize how much you don't know. You become less interested in proving your enlightenment and more interested in how you treat people, especially the ones who see the world differently than you. We're all human. We're all carrying wounds, blind spots, and lessons we haven't fully understood yet. Nobody graduates from being human just because they've had an awakening. Maybe the greatest sign of spiritual maturity isn't how much wisdom we can speak... but how much love, humility, and understanding we can actually live. Don't let your ego turn your awakening into another identity you have to defend. Stay humble. Stay curious. Stay human. 💜 ZF 🔥
