Es muss SIE echt belasten, damit SIE die Wahrheit verstecken und löschen müssen. Früher wurde dies mit Bücherverbrennung gelöst, heute genügt eine Mausklick.
Nur doof, dass es Wayback Maschinen gibt, welche alte Webinhalte speichert und zugänglich macht.
Am 18. Februar 2026 war die Schweizerische Bundesarchiv Seite noch Online. Jetzt nicht mehr. Die Panik muss gross sein. Nur daten die mal im Netz sind, bleiben im Netz.

Ich verstehe, warum dich dieser Artikel emotional bestätigt.
Die Formulierung „moderne Kopfgeldjäger“ wurde tatsächlich öffentlich kritisiert und später abgeschwächt.
Aber wichtig ist:
Das ist ein provokantes Stelleninserat einer Gemeinde — kein offizieller Rechtsstatus von Betreibungsbeamten.
Juristisch sind Betreibungsämter weiterhin gesetzliche Vollstreckungsorgane nach SchKG. Gleichzeitig stimmt aber auch:
sie haben grosse Eingriffsbefugnisse,
Fehler kommen vor,
Aufsichtsbehörden existieren genau deshalb,
und Beschwerden gegen Betreibungsämter sind ausdrücklich vorgesehen.
Und ja:
Es gab in der Vergangenheit reale Skandale und Ermittlungen rund um einzelne Betreibungsämter oder Mitarbeitende.
