kekal istiqomah;

HABIB UMAR BIN HAFIDZ once said;
If your heart or eyes cry when you hear or say the name of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wassalam, then rejoice because your hearts have been filled and even filled with love for him.
—————

“Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes…” — Surah al-Furqan, verse 74
The Arabs associate tears of joy with coolness, and tears of sorrow with heat. Hence, the phrase “qurratu a‘yun” (comfort or coolness of the eyes) is used to express deep happiness and inner peace.
This Qur’anic verse refers to the joy and tranquillity of the heart that comes from seeing one’s family as righteous and obedient to Allah.
Imam al-Qurtubi, in his tafsir, explained that it refers to children who are righteous and devout. The believers pray: “Make them righteous, and our eyes will be cooled by it.”
Al-Qurazi said, There is nothing more comforting to the eyes of a believer than seeing his wife and children obedient to Allah, the Almighty.
May we all become a source of comfort and joy to the eyes of our loved ones. Ameen.

I always believe that whenever i yearn to die, to escape all these tests, tribulations & pain… & yet Allah doesn’t take my life, it’s not because He’s punishing me. It’s because He’s still giving me chances to repent.
I sin so much. Every day. Yet He still wakes me up. He still gives me time. That means something. That means He hasn’t closed the door on me. Even though i feel like I’m drowning in sins… even though every second i feel like i want to be taken away by Him… He still keeps me here. Why? Because He wants me to come back. Because He knows i can. But sometimes i ask myself, how can i go back to Him with this many sins? And then i remember… i go back to Him because of these sins.
Because He is the Most Merciful. Because He loves to forgive. Because no matter how far i’ve gone, He still calls me back. And as long as I’m still breathing, it means it’s not too late. So i keep trying. Even if i fall a thousand times. I’ll keep going back to Him. Because He never gave up on me. ❤

my love language is cooking, but for the past few months, due to hectic schedules with intern and much more, i wasn’t able to cook for my family.
but alhamdulillah, public holidays are my favourite days, i can finally cook for my family, after quite awhile.
i remembered upon a hadith, which tells us about spending for our family. may Allah accept all our deeds!
“When a Muslim spends something on his family intending to receive Allah’s reward, it is regarded as charity for him.”
— Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 56; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1002

alhamdulillah ‘ala kulli hal, for this opportunity to be sharing our bite-sized knowledge to each and everyone of us.
infact, i am also learning every single day from the written paragraphs that was wrote by my other admins.
every day is a new day for us to learn about more things and to become a better person.
i have never thought i would be able to reach this milestone, from just creating a channel to self reflect on myself, into a channel were every one of us can benefit from it.
i feel like being an introvert myself, this is a great platform for me to express my thoughts and feelings & to spread da’wah for the sake of Allah.
i am blessed than almost 90% of the community here is our youths/young adult, age ranging from 17-34. that basically means, we are eager to know more about our beautiful religion, Islam. ☪️
haza min fadli rabbi. allahumma baarik! taqaballahu minna wa minkum. 🖤

If we can spend our time seeking the knowledge of this dunya, or even busying ourselves with this world, let’s also set ourselves some time for us to seek knowledge for our akhirah.
Make the time and intention for searching Allah’s redha, because for every intention we make is an intention that we will achieve, inshaa’Allah ~
Every act of seeking knowledge is an act of worship, and every act of worship is a step towards Allah.

have you ever felt the feeling of tiredness, the feeling that you can’t express to anyone because you feel like no one can understand you?
no one can feel the same pain you’re going through, no one is going to care more about you like how you care about yourself. in simple terms, no one is going to feel the same although the mentioned and reassured you by saying “i understand how you feel..”
have you ever felt that way?
if yes — fred not, don’t worry, you’re not alone. this is not some gimmick or anything but, allahu rab, when you feel that way, when no one feels comfortable, no one can make you feel better,
run to your creator, make sujuds, seteruk mana pun keadaan kita, lari ke Allah, mengadu padaNya, for indeed, He understands our feelings — more than anyone else.
you’re not alone, Allah is there.
