I cannot vouch the accuracy of this video. It tells a story of self inflicted injury on Microsoft for serial, outrageous behaviour towards its customers.
I know nothing about operating systems but I’m no longer working, so if I screw up my laptop for a while, it’s no big deal. I’m more than ready to walk away from Microsoft and try my luck at an alternative. I will do so at the first, serious provocation. The hell with their overbearing attitude and overreach into privately owned machines.

You may have noticed there is a consultation out for the government there is a consultation out for the government to install a yearly emissions check in every car and motorcycle on the road on top of the usual MOT. If your car doesn’t emit exactly the same emissions as when the car was built it will be banned. We know where this is going. It will effectively destroy a majority of the car industry and push people off the road.
I feel we can at least show some pushback to make it harder for them. Shove a spanner in the works do to speak. It is very quick and easy to do.
The consultation ends on September the 6th. Please could you demonstrate your opposition to this groundless measure?

Ps: you could get depressed realising there’s nothing you can safely take on trust. I don’t. I regard these as examples of how to get ahead at zero cost. I run engine oil a grade heavier (high numbers than the manual states). I change gearbox oil at high mileages ( suggestion: over 100k miles). I change oil and filter assuming use is in the “extreme” section of the manual, not the “normal” section, meaning once a year as our mileages tend to approximate 5k miles annually nowadays.
But it’s up to you. It’s not particularly dangerous to follow official guidance, just more expensive.

A boring AI voice but the information is, in my unqualified opinion, correct.
I was told twenty years ago by a friend who owned a wheel and tyre shop in USA to run my tyres 5psi above the door sticker.
I’d complained about frequent punctures on Bunny’s Audi TT, five in under two years.
She had zero punctures in the eight subsequent years. I don’t recall whether the wear rate changed.
I think there are no downsides to doing this, per the video, if you can bear to listen to it all.
Everything you cannot easily verify is a lie, right?

| 8 | Bunny and I were walking in Canterbury high Street a couple of days ago when I was stopped by a woman of around my age.
She asked if I was Mike Yeadon and seemed pretty sure I was.
She introduced her husband and one of her adult children.
Then she said she’d heard me speak in the town five years ago. She had persuaded her husband and then her adult children not to get injected.
I think she mentioned nine grandchildren, all of whom were also c19 jab-free.
The husband commented jovially that their decisions hadn’t been universally welcomed in their extended families, presumably some upset in-laws, but he said he generally followed his wife’s good judgement on such things (*smart fellow).
Nice family, and we thanked them for saying hello. They didn’t know it isn’t a common occurrence.
Thought I’d share this uplifting event.

This is downright depressing. New mRNA-based injections granted approval based on no evidence of effectiveness & data from non-clinical (ie lab animal) studies so small and brief that they tell us absolutely nothing useful.
There’s no point in walking you through the data beyond this summary. The entire thing is theatre and nonsense. They’re not even trying. This is a legal sleight of hand that concludes with directly misleading statements. Naturally, the public expects that smart, earnest and honest scientists are centrally involved in medicines reviews, and similar standards apply whether we’re talking about an oral capsule or an injected substance. Unfortunately that’s flat wrong. The US medicines agent, the FDA, has utterly abandoned any ethical codes of conduct. They should be ashamed of themselves and the enabling role they’re playing in persuading the medical profession and the general public that intentionally harmful materials are in fact “safe and effective” & are ready to inject into your six month old baby.
I feel sick reading this.
Please, parents and others, it’d way past time to completely turn your backs on these people and the “products” they purport to bring you for your child.
Those who still believe that governments and regulatory bodies have our best interests at heart are never going to be persuaded by anyone that they shouldn’t trust the products that flow out of their processes.

If you make or even could make a part, for example for an old car, bike or appliance, using a digital file instructing any machine then, in the USA, this is already illegal or soon will be UNLESS your data files go via a government server, set up to refuse to permit your device to make certain things.
Ostensibly, it’s about illegal guns, but we know it’s about undermining those determined to remain outside a control grid.
Does it feel malevolent to you, yet? To a tinkerer like me, even though i would be at sea with a digitised CNC machine, I feel their hot breath on my neck.

This is pretty appalling and in case anyone follows this channel (“Zero Hedge”) please understand that what they’re doing in this short commentary is amplifying a bunch of lies concocted in the early 1970s by The Club of Rome. This group was set up on the initiative of & financed by the Rockefellers. The clearly understood mission was to come up with reasons why the world could not continue along the lines it had been doing and to select the most effective “world disasters that cannot be solved at the level of the nation state and therefore requires world government in order to solve them”.
Their infamous book, “Limits to Growth” made a straw man argument. While one cannot argue against it, it’s irrelevant. The basic claim is “It’s not possible to have limitless growth on a finite planet”. Indeed, but nobody was arguing the contrary position. Rate of growth is irrelevant, without the context of the capacity of the world to accommodate our activities. You will not find any evidence that we’re reaching the limit to anything. We’re not running out of room. Water shortages has been manufactured or amplified by multi decade planning and vandalism by the state and by privatised water companies. “Global climate boiling change” (credit: Dom Waterson of Sheep Farm podcast) is a fantasy. Nothing humans have done or could do to warm or cool the entire environment. The human population is probably smaller than we’ve been told and is most likely approaching if not at its peak. Fertility is below replacement almost everywhere beyond Nigeria (I believe that’s the only country with a large population which has a continuing high fertility rate). There is no “island of plastic in the Pacific Ocean gyre”. We’re not running out of petrochemical fuel energy & these are not fossil anyway, but almost certainly formed in an abiotic manner, deep underground. Food production has risen appreciably faster than population growth over the last century. All famines are caused by deliberate meddling in agriculture by means of wars and other intentionally disruptive activities. Pandemics are fictitious. As a friend says, “There’s nothing smaller than a Fauci that threatens the health of billions of people”. While there are occasional natural disasters, our ability to cope with these & to limit loss of life is better now than it’s ever been.
We are living in a world of great abundance and potential for harmonious existence, sullied only by a tiny group of psychopathic individuals who is hell-bent on enslavement of the entire world.
Don’t believe The Club of Rome. Not a single, sizeable NGO is on the side of the ordinary, peaceful, loving people of the world.
If *Dennis Meadows (I believe this white haired gentleman was a Co-author of the Limits to Growth” propaganda piece and still on their payroll) seriously thinks that the human population needs to be reduced to a billion or less, let him lead off with an appropriate gesture.

There’s occasional speculation about “What really caused the pandemic”.
We know the answer. Nothing but propaganda and murder.
There’s no need to hunt around for the cause. Nothing happened that isn’t adequately explained.
This comment is not intended as criticism of anyone speculating that there might have been poisoning or a pulse of EMF. Both are possible. But crucially there wasn’t a general increase in illness in the population. So there’s nothing to explain.

A factory racing Jaguar with a V12 engine and mechanical fuel injection. The collective “we” made things of this kind that were up with the best in the world at the time. We have not fallen. We’ve been shoved.
This was made in the mid 1960s to compete at Le Mans but for a variety of reasons that never happened. It’s a 1 of 1.

I find it concerning that numerous used cars are going through auctions at the moment at absurdly low prices, sometimes merely half CAP Clean.
Something is seriously awry. If I was in the trade in the lower retail price segment, I’d be all over these auctions, and the prices would be subject to market discovery. Here, there are so few bidders that eminently useable cars are going for way under book.
Lots of possible reasons for this, which isn’t a new thing or restricted to this location, but the truth is, we simply don’t know what this means.
I know that these cars are essentially the end of reasonably well made, repairable vehicles. We won’t see their like again. The market in its wisdom doesn’t appear to realise this.

Grain shipments from both Russia and Ukraine have stopped as attacks continue on Black Sea ports and vessels.
Farmers now face a severe crisis: unable to sell the harvest, many lack the cash to finish harvesting, let alone plant the next winter crop. Grain is being left in the fields.
This is a catastrophic failure in the global food supply.

| 19 | I can’t help myself. I bought what I assumed was a junk Dualit toaster from ebay for £20, intending to remove the only “moving parts” for stock.
The 2/4 slice rocker switch, the clockwork count down timer and the burner elements.
When it arrived, utterly filthy, I tested it and found it worked perfectly. I didn’t have the heart to gut it. I did steal the original rocker switch for Bunny’s toaster, noting though that its action is weaker than the aftermarket switches. So I bought one more of the latter for stock.
I realised that it’s not chromed. You cannot fix damaged chrome. Instead it’s stainless steel. An hours work and I’m now convinced I can render this one close to new. If I’m good at anything “craft”, it is polishing metals. I have a wide range of tools and consumables for such purposes and I can become quite persistent at what many would fairly regard as not worth the elbow grease. Polishing stainless to a high finish requires careful application of techniques designed first to remove all flaws, using the minimally necessary abrasive, then work steadily back to higher and higher “grits” until you reach mirror finish. You will end up with black fingers.
This stray toaster already has a home. Our eldest has a broken, modern toaster. It lasted a couple of years. She’ll have this one on the proviso that if she tires of it, she gives it back to Papa!
This will give a few people a grin of recognition and that they’re not the only oddities among us 🤭
