Jorge Luis Borges na obra “Tlön Uqbar Orbis Tertius” conceitua Ur como “a coisa produzida por sugestão, o objeto eduzido pela esperança”. Em nossa interpretação, essa nomeação é genial. Ur não simplesmente quer dizer “proto-” em alemão, mas é fogo ou luz (אוּר) no hebraico e é a cidade (uru, no sumério, urbe [sic] em latim) de onde Abraão, surgiu. O Ur de Borges pode ser, como encontrado por nós, vocação ao aparecimento, o aparecimento de um objeto antes não achado, portanto, aparecimento, iluminação, primordialidade, aqui, querem dizer a mesma coisa. Não negamos que essa interferência de fato é existente (e que ela possa ter ocorrido em favor dessa mesma esquerda), mas o que hoje está em jogo é a legitimidade do sistema eleitoral: se nem a esquerda nem a direita enxergam eficácia no regime, por que ele deve sequer ser adotado? E qual seria a solução? Não seria o voto impresso criticado da mesma forma como está sendo nos EUA?
A conclusão lógica é uma eventual e inevitável disputa pelos dois lados para ver quem corrói os mecanismos democráticos mais rápido. Fica a pergunta: como isso será no Brasil, em que a inviolabilidade eleitoral se tornou um dogma, em que a instituição que a garante é a soberana de fato e em que a tecnologia da urna já virou bandeira de "soberania digital"? | 662 |
