BREAKING: FED CHAIR WARSH CONFIRMS NO RATE HIKE DECISION MADE FOR SEPTEMBER MEETING. He started off the presser with two stories on "hikes" of different difficulties he's done with colleagues, and has now walked that rhetoric back with a confirmation of no hike decision here. This is very bullish for crypto. The lock out rally will continue.
