It is possible they would also get them to sign to donate organs - which would also be profitable. For these reasons, once a person signs up for euthanasia they can't change their mind later. Because donated organs must be fresh from a living body, it may be the case that their body is kept alive for a prolonged period until all possible donations are complete. Corporate euthanasia may not be as merciful as it seems.
