Vortex now has a place for reports that proposals and votes cannot resolve. Yes, Vortex Alpha v0.3 introduces "Courts", connecting contextual reports to structured cases, twelve-Governor panels, protected evidence, Codex-guided findings and remedies, appeals, reopening, and reversible enforcement. The implementation is ready for review and remains behind an activation gate until its operational release is approved. Markets can count wallets. They still cannot tell you how many people are speaking. According to Reuters, midterm prediction-market volume has already passed the entire 2024 congressional cycle. But a relatively small group of wallets accounts for most of the trading. Prediction markets were built to aggregate human judgment. If the market is meant to reflect public judgment, shouldn’t it know how many people are speaking? Humanode gives builders a way to separate capital concentration from participant count. Today’s Vortexpedia: the intellectual barrier.

Dev Log # 19 is out, covering one of the biggest improvements yet to how proposals are written and read across Vortex. The new Proposal Wizard gives every proposal type a clear path from intent to review, drafts stay safely separated, and structured writing tools make long proposals easier to build and far easier to read. That same document now follows the proposal through voting, Formation, veto, referendum, and final history. The release also fixes rejected Formation milestones, so teams can revise and resubmit without losing the whole project.
