The proposed system included: 📬 Standardized ballot-mail requirements 📬 Machine-readable ballot-envelope features 📬 Unique voter-linked barcodes 📬 State voter information transmitted through a USPS system 📬 The ability to return ballot mail from jurisdictions that failed to satisfy the new requirements This is particularly important because USPS implementation was already #10 on our timeline.
