AliceBlue (Master Accounts) - Master child copy is disabled Due to unknown orders appearing & disappering, we have disabled AliceBlue broker from master-child copy. This only affects cases where in AliceBlue is being used as a master account in master-child copy. If aliceblue account is used as a child account or in PMS copy, there is no problem.

Aliceblue - Master-child issue The issue still present. Please do not use Aliceblue account as a *master account* in master child copy. Tonight, we will make changes to disable all accounts of Aliceblue which are being used as a master account. This will be enabled only after we launch support for their api.

Profitmart Error - Invalid Vendor Code Profitmart server for some reason is giving this error even when APP Key & Vendor Code is correct. This is very strange, we have also seen it in the past. It gets resolved on it's own automatically sometimes, so it very weird. Please report it to the broker's support team, not much we can do to help with this. Technical Details: 1. We are using individual client APP Key & Vendor Code now 2. It worked fine yesterday, but today all of a suddent their server is throwing below error: {"stat":"Not_Ok","emsg":"Invalid Input : Invalid Vendor code"}

AliceBlue - Unseen order master-child copy issue After a lot of investigation, we suspect that there was a blunder that happened on AliceBlue. What Happened? - Some unknown orders were shown in some accounts (momentarily) - This affected master-child copy process (did not affect pms copy) as our system copied those orders - Later these orders disappered from aliceblue orderbook response Only aliceblue can tell what happened. There is only one way to investigate this, steps given below: 1. Check activity log to find out order_id of master account order (the order that was not placed by you) 2. Note: As this order in master account is not visible now, the only way to find order id is via logs 3. Talk to aliceblue customer care, give them this id & ask which account does this order belong to. You need to tell them that you saw this order momentarily in your account but this was not placed by you. Many people are asking us whether this will happen again tomorrow: - The simple answer is we do not know - If AliceBlue found the issue & have fixed it then it will not happen; otherwise it may happen IMP Notes: 1. Using AliceBlue as a master is risky until we know whether they have fixed the issue. 2. Using AliceBlue account as child account is safe. 3. Using AliceBlue account in PMS COPY is safe.

Profitmart issue FIXED We have added support for individual account api key. Now we will not need common vendor api key. The *new setup process* is explained in below link: https://stocksdeveloper.in/documentation/server-setup/profitmart/

Emergency release for Profitmart & Aliceblue The release will happen at 12:30 & systems will be back online in max 5 mins.

AliceBlue Update - Please note that aliceblue does not allow parallel login to their website. - Report any issues (if found) - We shall soon be shifting to their API which will avoid such issues Profitmart Update - Profitmart API team has blocked our access - When a broker blocks access, there is no way for us to connect - I have already had heated calls with their dumb tech team, but it was of no use - Finally, sent a detailed email to them with all technical explanation (check your mailbox or ask us for a copy of email) - If as a Profitmart client, you want to use our platform; please get Profitmart to re-enable the access Note: Do not blame us for Profitmart issue. There is no tech issue here, they have simply blocked access; so it is not our fault.

Aliceblue update 1. Bracket order issue is fixed 2. We have done more offline testing & have not found any issues 3. We will continue to monitor Aliceblue this week, please report if you observe any issues.

Aliceblue - Priority patch released We have prioritized the work & made upgrades for important functionality. Clients can now monitor & trade their aliceblue accounts. Points to note: 1. The new position response from Aliceblue does not contain pnl values 2. Bracket order feature is not working ... work in progress 3. A lot of changes have been made with a very short span of time & little testing. So please monitor everything carefully & report any problems that you may face. We will continue to work on Aliceblue for this entire week in order to make it more stable.

AliceBlue issue - Update Aliceblue has completely changed data format for all of their internal requests. The changes we need to are big & are equivalent of adding a new broker to the system. We are working on priority & will release changes step by step based on importance of the feature. Please note that it will take 1-2 days for the important changes like (place order, read portfolio) etc. And then after that we will release remaining changes. Note: Aliceblue users need to trade directly from broker's terminal in the meantime.

Upstox API platform is LIVE Hello, We have launched support for Upstox API. Please note the following points before proceeding: 1. This method allows TOTP based login, which is much more reliable than SMS/Email based OTP. 2. We have a found a bug in "PnL calculation of overnight derivative positions". This has been reported to Upstox (ticket url below). Please add comments on this ticket saying, we need this fixed on priority. https://community.upstox.com/t/pnl-other-fields-way-off/1281 3.
