☝️ Het probleem dat ik hier mee heb is dat ik het al een paar jaar weet. En daar stopt het. Wat kan ik er mee in het dagelijkse leven. Heeft iemand een idee?

| 3 | Wat ben je aan het doen ?
Vandaag was voor mij het moment
om terug te kijken naar de afgelopen weken.
Om te ordenen wat er is gebeurd,
om het verhaal in een volgorde
te zetten.
Ergens ben ik er helemaal zat van.
Wil ik mijn leven terug en weg
uit de situatie waar ik nu in zit.
De 4 muren van mijn huis,
de dagelijkse tijd die ik moet
besteden aan het verzorgen van
mijn wonden, de pijn en het ongemak.
Ik wil weer sneller dan dat het kan.
Zo ken ik mezelf ook.
De verpleegkundige zet me weer
duidelijk neer.
Er is zoveel gebeurd met je benen,
je mag al blij zijn dat het zo snel
gaat en dat je alweer zoveel kan.
Eigenlijk weet ik dat ook wel.
Vandaag zijn er 3 wonden
dicht verklaard, mooi om te zien
hoe mijn lichaam dat weer op
heeft gepakt na een totale stilstand.
De zorg die ik krijg van de thuiszorg,
levert mooie resultaten en ze zijn
blij voor mij.
Morgen is het 2 maanden geleden.
13 april kwam ik eindelijk in het
ziekenhuis terecht en morgen is
het 13 juni.
Ik hoor de mevrouw van de echo
het nog zeggen: denk maar niet
dat je binnen twee maanden klaar bent.
Trek er maar een jaar voor uit.
Mijlpaal twee maanden gehaald.
Ik loop, kan de natuur weer in,
en de wonden zitten allemaal in
het genezingsproces.
Heb leuke nieuwe mensen ontmoet
en mag veel milder voor mezelf zijn.
Het is niet niks, mijn oude leven
en lichaam komen niet meer terug.
Hoeft ook niet, ik accepteer het nieuwe.
Met ups en downs en het diepe voelen.
Met tranen en toch ook wel een lach;
"Mam, je voet lijkt op een kipfilet. "
De werkelijkheid recht aankijken en
omgaan met dat wat je tegenkomt.
Ik geef me over, accepteer,
vergeef en vraag me af waarom.
Ga terug naar Anniek in het ziekenhuis
en vooruit naar Anniek in de toekomst.
Ik leer en observeer.
Het is rauw en het is eerlijk.
Geen slippers meer voor mij.
Ik kan niet meer mijn tenen krommen
of op mijn tenen lopen.
En toch nog wel tenen krommend
open en eerlijk zijn.
Met een traan en een lach.
De dubbelzinnigheid ervaren
van de woorden die niet meer passen.
Van schoenen die ik niet meer aan kan.
Wat is belangrijk en wat niet ?
Morgen wil ik fietsen en de
volgende dag met de bus naar
mijn moeder en de trap ben ik
ook nog niet op geweest.
Heb geen idee of ik dat al kan.
Maar dat vind ik alleen uit als ik
het probeer, het doe.
Hoe de simpelste dingen ineens
verschuiven van vanzelfsprekendheid
naar een vraag.
Ik denk wel dat ik het kan,
al roept mijn omgeving,
doe eens rustig (a)an...
