DMD Diamond Node v4.0.3 is now available. All validators and node operators must upgrade their nodes before September 7, 2026 at 23:39:01 UTC.
The update requires both the latest spec.json and Node software update.
Update instructions:
cd Diamond # Directory of your Diamond repository.
git pull # Updates the spec.json + a small fix for first-time deployments.
./build-from-source.sh # Pulls the latest Diamond node source code and builds the node.
# If your node is running, you will receive an expected error at the end.
# Stop your node.
# This depends on how you manage your service.
# Example for systemd:
systemctl stop dmd
./build-from-source.sh # After stopping the node, copying the latest binary will work.
# Start your node again.
# This depends on how you manage your service.
# Example for systemd:
systemctl start dmd
Please complete the upgrade as soon as possible to ensure your node is ready ahead of the day (September 7)
