Answer is no solution. Wrong answer: - Undefined - x = 1 Explanation : When obtaining the value of x = 1 by simplifying the fraction, if the value is plugged back into the equation it would be from (x-1)(x-1) ————— = 0 (x-1) to (1-1)(1-1) ————— = 0 (1-1) resulting in 0 — = 0 0 And the statement is simply false because anything divided by 0 is undefined. Although, we cannot mark the answer as undefined since undefined simply means a value is not allowed whilst ‘no solution’ tells us there is no value that makes the equation true Hence, answer to the question is NO SOLUTION

Scholarship? Gone. Good course? Closed. Dream job? Someone else took it while you copied. Don't trust me? Ask any senior. Not the one who peaked in school — ask the one who regrets. Ask the one who said "copy je lah, nanti faham." They never faham. Now they stuck, watching others fly. One book trip your dad made. One chance.
