STOP WRITING ONLY “SEEN” IN STUDENTS’ BOOKS! USE THESE TEACHER REMARKS INSTEAD:
If your learners submit their feedback and the only thing they see in their books is “Seen” or “Checked,” they may know you looked at the work—but they may not know what they did well, what they got wrong, or how to improve.
Marking is more than putting a tick on a book page.
Your remarks are an integral part of your teaching.
