Look, my point here is NOT that Trump is supposed to be perfect. In high stakes politics there are going to be risky choices. My point is the clickbait crew cranking out content blaming McConnell for the Barrett SCOTUS pick is BS. I don’t like McConnell, but I can see it wasn’t his job to pick, and Trump has never been afraid to piss off the RINOs. Trump did not go with Barrett because McConnell told him to. The answer to “So why did Trump go with Barrett?” is “because she seemed like the best possible choice under the political realities of the moment.” On the whole her seat is still an upgrade over the liberal hack she replaced. Barrett is still a better Justice than RBG was.

Ok go ahead and flame me, but Mitch McConnell wasn’t President. Who cares if he recommended Barrett? It’s Trump’s job to see through that and choose best SCOTUS nominee. Everyone already knew McConnell was a RINO long before that. So why did Trump go with Barrett?

I think I’ve hit the age where everything gives me sticker shock. We reeeeaaaaallly don’t need millions of illegals and the Fed making it worse all the time.

Ouch $10k for two tooth implants?! Who can afford that? Any dentist frens in my Telegram channel? 😭🤪🤣

Immigration policy must adapt to counter today’s SCOTUS ruling. Potential ideas: Admit NO pregnant women at border? If a woman is already here on temporary status, and she becomes pregnant, she must leave immediately? Implement a $100k civil fine for any non-citizen who has a child on U.S. soil?

A nice win. No trannies in girls sports.

Remember how the FBI swept up so many J6rs? Yeah, that was unconstitutional. SCOTUS got this one right. https://t.me/c/1547499804/735109

ROFLMAO In this Instagram video a USPS customer was allowed to borrow the official mail receipt stamp and stamp her own mail with date mark... AND the USPS social media account responded and loved it. Ladies and Gentlemen, may I introduce you to the next President. Whoever controls the Postal stamp can set the date received on any mail, and the current process is so insecure they even let customers use the bloody stamp. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTyhmvXkv7f/

I hope I’m wrong too, but Harmeet Dhillon liking that post is a clue what real insiders are expecting.

SCOTUS riot barriers are down right now, because they have no fear of leftist violence tomorrow, and the right doesn’t riot.
SCOTUS riot barriers are down right now, because they have no fear of leftist violence tomorrow, and the right doesn’t riot. Tells you which way Birthright Citizenship decision is going.

Slaughter decision upholding Presidential authority to fire agency staff… What agencies full of SES staff have provided cover for election games? Example: CISA staff overlooked election machine certification violations. They certified systems, and then people illegally updated the software to unknown configuration, and ran elections anyway. What others, and what role did they play?

Useless prediction by someone who doesn’t know beans: If SCOTUS puts up safety barriers tonight, it will rule against Birthright Citizenship If SCOTUS puts up no barriers, then it isn’t worried about riots from the left, and will rule to uphold Birthright Citizenship.

John Eastman Big win for separation of powers principles today. By a vote of 6-3, the Supreme Court overruled the New Deal-era case, Humprey's Executor, which was the cornerstone of the administrative state. It allowed Congress to restrict the President's ability to remove independent agency heads. That case has now been "slaughtered" by Trump v. Slaughter, upholding the President's ability to fire an FTC Commissioner. Opinion by Chief Justice Roberts. Relatedly, and as predicted, the Chief did not apply that same reasoning to the Trump v. Cook case, which involved the firing of a federal reserve board member. Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Barrett all dissented from that one. The Fed is different, I guess. https://x.com/DrJohnEastman/status/2071601884138557528?s=20

KABOOM 💥 This is HUGE! 🚨 Supreme Court Hands Presidents Major New Power to Fire Agency Heads, Overturning 1935 Precedent In a 6-3 ruling today, the Supreme Court said President Trump lawfully fired FTC Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter without needing to show “cause,” as required by a long-standing law. The decision overrules the 1935 Humphrey’s Executor precedent, which had protected commissioners at independent agencies like the FTC from easy removal by presidents. Why this is HUGE: The Court ruled that Article II gives the president broad authority to remove principal officers who exercise executive power. This strengthens presidential control over the executive branch and reduces the independence of many regulatory agencies. Presidents can now more easily align agencies with their priorities, making them more directly accountable to the White House — and to voters — rather than insulated from political oversight. ThIS ruling applies beyond this case and will also affect how FUTURE presidents manage independent agencies. This decision RADICALLY TRANSFORMS the federal government. 📱 ReTWEET

Scorched earth time? IMO Trump should use this victory to gut many agencies even further.

Tomorrow… Birthright Citizenship decision, and almost nobody expects Barrett to side with restricting it.

Silver lining: The acceptance of mail in ballots beyond election day is allowable as long as those ballots are postmarked by Election Day and comply with all other state laws already in effect. If only someone would enforce current law…

Trump can’t remove a corrupt Fed Board member.
