Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه‎ reported: The Prophet of Allāh ﷺ said: O Allāh! I seek refuge with Thee from the torment of the grave, and the torment of Hell, and the trial of life and death and the mischief of Masīḥ ad-Dajjāl. [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 588c] اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابِ النَّارِ وَفِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَشَرِّ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ

O Believers! Always Remember Allah often, and glorify Him morning and evening. He is the One Who showers His blessings upon you - and His angels pray for you - so that He may bring you out of darkness and into light. For He is ever Merciful to the believers. [Sūrah al-ʾAḥzāb, Verse 41-43]

ʾUmm Salamah رضي الله عنها reported Allāh's Messenger ﷺ as saying: If any servant of Allāh who suffers a calamity says, what Allah has commanded him: "ʾInnā Li-llāhi Wa ʾInnā Ilay-hi Rājiʿūn Allāhumma ājirnī fī muṣībatī wa-khlif lī khayran minhā”. Allāh will give him reward for affliction, and would give him something better than it in exchange. She (ʾUmm Salamah رضي الله عنها) said: “When Abū Salama رضي الله عنه‎ died. I uttered (these very words) as I was commanded to do by the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. So Allāh gave me better in exchange than him. (I was taken as the wife of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ).” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 918b]

Righteousness is not in turning your faces towards the east or the west. Rather, the righteous are those who believe in Allāh, the Last Day, the angels, the Books, and the prophets; who give charity out of their cherished wealth to relatives, orphans, the poor, needy travellers, beggars, and for freeing captives; who establish prayer, pay alms-tax, and keep the pledges they make; and who are patient in times of suffering, adversity, and in the heat of battle. It is they who are true in faith, and it is they who are mindful of Allāh. [Sūrah al-Baqarah, Verse 177]

Narrated by Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه‎: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said: “No child is born but upon Fitra.” He then said. “Recite: The natural Way of Allah which He has instilled in all people. Let there be no change in this creation of Allah. That is the Corrct Way.” [Ṣaḥīh Muslim 2658d]

Abū Qatāda al-Anṣārī رضي الله عنه reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ was asked about fasting on Monday, whereupon he said: ‎It is (the day) when I was born and revelation was sent down to me. ‎[Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1162e]

ʿĀʾishah رضي الله عنها narrated: "The Prophet (ﷺ) used to try to fast on Mondays and Thursdays." [Jāmiʿ at-Tirmidhī 745, Graded Ṣaḥīḥ]

Seek Allāh’s help and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allāh alone. He grants it to whoever He chooses of His servants. The ultimate outcome belongs only to the righteous. [Sūrah al-ʾAʿrāf, Verse 128]
