A seven-month-old Palestinian baby, Sam Abu Haikal, was killed after Isr*eli troops opened fire on his family's car in the Tel Rumeida area of Hebron in the occupied West Bank. A bullet reportedly passed through the windshield, wounded Sam's father and mother, and fatally struck the infant, who later died from his injuries. The Isr*eli military said soldiers believed the vehicle was accelerating towards them and fired after perceiving a threat. However, the army later acknowledged that the casualties were uninvolved civilians and launched an investigation into the incident. Footage released after the shooting appears to show the family's car slowing down near the military position, raising further questions about the army's initial account and prompting renewed calls for accountability.

We did not send messengers before you [O Prophet] except mere men inspired by Us. If you [polytheists] do not know this already, then ask those who have knowledge of the Scriptures. We did not give those messengers supernatural bodies that did not need food, nor were they immortal. Abū Ayyūb al-Anṣārī رضي الله عنه reported that Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said: “If you were not to commit sins, Allah would have swept you out of existence and would have replaced you by another people who have committed sin, and then asked forgiveness from Allah, and He would have granted them pardon.” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2748b]

Narrated Abū Masʿūd al-Anṣārī: The Prophet ﷺ said, "If one recites the last two verses of Sūrah al-Baqarah at night, it is sufficient for him (for that night)." [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 5040]

🚨 Ladybird Books, one of the UK’s largest book publishers for children shared an LGBT Pride post featuring a ‘Muslim’ woman wearing a hijab. The post contained an image of a Muslim woman wearing a hijab and carrying a baby, alongside another woman, depicting them as a couple. it included the caption: "Everyone should be free to be themselves, no matter who they are or who they love." Homosexual acts and same sex relationships are forbidden in Islam. Pride in any sin is an act of disbelief.

Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported Allāh's Messenger ﷺ as saying that Allāh, the Exalted and Glorious, thus stated: “I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance), and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near Me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. Narrated Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه‎ that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the last third of the night remains, saying: "Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? 💫 Sayyid al-Istighfār: The Best Prayer for Seeking Forgiveness Narrated Shaddād ibn Aws رضي الله عنه: The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allāh is: اللهم أنت ربي، لا إله إلا أنت ، خلقتني وأنا عبدك، وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ما استطعت أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت أبوء لك بنعمتك علي، وأبوء بذنبي، فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise." [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6306] Transliteration: Allāhumma anta rabbī, lā ilāha illā ant, khalaqtanī wa-anā ʿabduk, wa-anā ʿalā ʿahdika wa-waʿdika mā’istaṭaʿt, aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ṣanaʿt, abūʾu laka bi-niʿmatika ʿalayy, wa-abūʾu laka bidhanbī, fa’ighfir lī, fa-innahu lā yaghfir al-dhunūba illā ant. Translation: O Allāh, You are my Lord, there is no God but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise (to honour it) as best as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil that I have committed. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for surely none can forgive sins but You.

Muhammad Al-Qasim, a 20 year-old student from Saudi Arabia was was studying in Cambridge, was stabbed to death last year in an unprovoked attack by Chas Corrigan. At Cambridge Crown Court, Corrigan was sentenced to life, to serve a minimum term of 22 years and six months in prison after he was found guilty of murder at an earlier trial. Corrigan's father, Peter Corrigan, was also jailed for two years after pleading guilty to assisting an offender after concealing high-visibility clothing that his son had been wearing at the time of the attack. On 1 June 2018, 20-year-old Palestinian medic Razān al-Najjār was shot and killed by occupation forces while providing medical aid during the Great March of Return protests in Gaza. Witnesses and fellow medics said she was clearly identifiable in her white medical uniform and posed no threat when she was shot. Following the conquest, Fātiḥ Sultan Muḥammad transformed the Ayasofya into a masjid, turning it into a symbol of faith, perseverance, and the fulfilment of a prophecy of the Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ: "Verily, you shall conquer Constantinople. What a wonderful leader will its leader be, and what a wonderful army will that army be." [Musnad Aḥmad] For nearly five centuries, the adhān echoed through its halls before it later became a museum. In 2020, Ayasofya once again reopened as a mosque, welcoming worshippers from around the world. Did you know… The Ayasofya was built around 30-40 years before the birth of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ? It was the largest church in the world, until the Conquest of Constantinople.
