This video instantly brings to mind Frank Peretti's book, This Presence Darkness. I read the book a couple of years after it was published and it changed my prayer life forever. So many do not appreciate the power of prayer. It is literally our weapon against evil forces! Perhaps if we saw this imagery in mind more often we would be quick to obey and trust the LORD. Perhaps we would drop our burdens at His feet and amp up our call to Heaven to fight for us. Accepting Jesus and being a Christ-follower means we have access to the throne room of The Most High anytime. Does this not excite you to move your thoughts, your words, your desires under His authority?! "Pray without ceasing" seems daunting. Unless you understand that prayer is a conversation between two people that love one another. Prayer + obedience = how you show the LORD you love Him.

Do you ever feel like we don't talk about certain Bible verses? The imagery, the stories, the people, the LORD's faithfulness... There are so many thought provoking verses and moments tucked into The Holy Book.

As you continue to work on the puzzle your experience helps you recognize the correct from the incorrect quicker than when you first started. Of course, you wouldn’t have that proficiency if someone else worked on the puzzle while you occasionally hovered. You gain this ability to sort out the pieces through a hands-on approach. It takes patient research to pick up the scattered puzzle pieces, but with enough resolve to dig for the truth you can see the bigger picture emerging. This is what we’re all dealing with right now. And just to make things More Fun™ not only is there a Big Picture that all of humanity will eventually see, but we’re working on our very own puzzles, too –which means we cannot peek over someone else’s shoulders to see if we’re fitting the pieces together in the same fashion. Their puzzle is meant to be different than ours. I am hopeful that there are good things on the horizon. And even though it feels like there are a kabillzillion people that are exhaustingly clueless, there's not. It just feels that way because they are strategically placed so you encounter one every day.

Going down rabbit holes can make one a skeptic. Augmenting this tendency towards cynicism is the rapid-fire release of information and disinformation. We can approach it like this: you’re working a 1000 piece puzzle, but you don’t have an illustration of the image you’re working on and there are puzzle pieces that don’t belong. At first glance some of those erroneous pieces are obvious because they’re too big or too small so you can easily put those aside. Other incorrect pieces are harder to detect because they look like they fit, they might even click neatly with a true piece, but eventually you see that piece doesn’t quite line up.

⭐️ This is important, Friends: observe, don't absorb what is happening on the World Political Stage. There are so many losing their minds over Trump lately. Don't get caught up in the Hysteria. Don't fall for the Hyperbole. Don't pay attention to those Hyperventilating. We don't know what we don't know so it would be prudent to not react to every little piece of info that gets posted and shared and analyzed online. More so when those who are convinced Trump was always a part of the Deep State are reveling in pointing out that they were right (and they use garbage media to "prove" their point). I'm not a betting person, but if I were, I would bet those folks will be proven wrong in the end. Trump says some juvenile, hot-headed things sometimes. Good. It proves he's a human being. But, he's not stupid. And he's not compromised. How long now have Deep State Players claimed they can bring Trump down? Have they? It's getting Silly and Stale out there, Friends. Don't you find those who are constantly harping about MAGA this and Trump-The-Betrayer that are rather predictable? And boring? Nothing wrong with being dubious, nothing wrong with researching, nothing wrong with voicing a concern. Of note, there is something peculiar in always thinking in the negative. There is something off-putting in sharing the negativity. And there is something disturbing attributing darkness where it doesn't belong. Part of, "We don't know what we don't know" means we must diligently seek the LORD's guidance because we could be putting down what He is working out. So observe and pray. And only absorb His presence, His goodness, His message.

Repost from CallToBattle
A king sent singers to the front lines. No weapons. No armor. Just voices. And their enemies destroyed each other. This actually happened. And it reveals something most Christians never use. 2 Chronicles 20:1-30 King Jehoshaphat faced three armies. Outnumbered. Outgunned. Surrounded. He had two options: panic or pray. He chose something else entirely. Jehoshaphat didn't call for more weapons. He didn't gather more soldiers. He appointed SINGERS to march at the front of the army. Not warriors. Worshipers. And here's what happened next. 2 Chronicles 20:22-23: "As they began to sing and praise, the LORD set ambushes against their enemies... And they destroyed one another." The worship didn't just encourage the army. It activated God's intervention. Here's what you need to understand. Worship wasn't an emotional outlet for Jehoshaphat. It was a WEAPON. A strategic act of warfare. He sent praise BEFORE he saw victory. And that's what triggered the breakthrough. This isn't the only time. Paul and Silas worshiped in prison, chains fell off (Acts 16). Joshua's army shouted at Jericho, walls collapsed (Joshua 6). David played the harp, demons fled from Saul (1 Samuel 16). Worship doesn't just make you feel better. It shifts the spiritual atmosphere. You treat worship like a mood booster. Something you do when you FEEL like it. But Jehoshaphat didn't FEEL like worshiping. He was terrified. Surrounded by armies. And he worshiped ANYWAY. Because worship isn't about your emotions, it's about God's authority. Next time fear tries to paralyze you… Don't run. Don't panic. Don't spiral. Put on a worship song. Speak praise BEFORE you see proof. Declare His faithfulness while you're still surrounded. That's when the breakthrough comes. Jehoshaphat sent worship to the front lines. And God ambushed his enemies. You're facing something right now that feels impossible. Stop fighting in your own strength. Send worship ahead of you. Praise Him before the victory. Because worship isn't just a song. It's a weapon. And it's time you used it. Source: @unfoldthescripture Instagram
