The number of illiquid bitcoins is growing almost 2 times faster than new coins are mined.
This is one of the fundamental reasons why there is little chance of starting a cryptowinter right now. For example, during the bearish 2018, the situation was reversed. The issuance of new coins was then twice as large as the growth of illiquid supply.
Roughly speaking, long-term hodlers create benefits not only for themselves, but for the entire eco-system. And this is a good potential for the continuation of the global growth cycle.
