When feasibility for setting up family-oriented resort is to be determined, it is important to not include food allergies & dietary restrictions in questionnaire as : 1. It will not impact setting up of the resort. 2. Provisions for Food allergies and dietary restrictions can be made once resort has been opened/or found feasible to be set up. They can be maneuvered by allowing variety of food options in the resort once the resort opens up. This will not have any impact on size of resort or physical infrastructural facilities to be provided in resort.

The very first sentence of the passage has showed previous waves of customer-service technology including those of emails and voice menus have created concerns (fears) for job losses. So, it meant that it c invariably created fears in previous waves as the statement had not excluded any such wave from the creation of such fears but rather it gave two examples of such waves like email and voice menus but mentioning those including in those waves. The approach of just eliminating harsh words should not work in comprehension passages as they need to be strictly based on content of passage rather than on knowledge of the world.

Question No 52, Answer should be A. When the correct answer is treaded as only B, it only focuses on one realm only that of pronouncing of judgments as then judge has the supreme authority, which has to be respected by the lawyer. Meaning communication is firm here. However, during regular court proceedings, the lawyers and judges communicate in many different ways - cross questioning during arguments stage, lawyers being amicus curiae for court - they assist judges : lawyers act in an open ended interaction instead of purely firm. Further, court rooms also offer some light conversations between judges and lawyers during normal day to day hearings like judges praising lawyers' work, encouraging young lawyers, giving special considerations to senior lawyers etc. So, by being exclusively called firm, it presents only one facet of judiciary (pronouncements of judgments) but actual court happenings are far beyond it and should be seen in complete sense. On the other hand, Registrars have very defined roles, which they are done mostly under direction of Vice Chancellor itself. Thus, VC and Registrar's  major conversation is mostly written and firm.
