As per the meeting of Anna university COE with Principal's the guidelines for the *project Viva* and *Theory exams* are following. *Project Viva* 1. *September 22nd* is the schedule date for Viva exam through online Batch wise in *Google meet*. 2. September 18th final *project report* (soft copy)along with *presentation* softcopy and *digital signature* should be sent through mail to respective *guides* . 3. Report should be as per Anna university format given in official Anna university website. 4. Batch schedule will be informed in WhatsApp and everyone in the batch should be present for exam. *Theory Exam* 1. Online Proctored Examination. 2. *MCQ* with 80 Questions covering 5 Units 3. *Exam will be conducted for one hour* 4. You can answer any 60 questions out of 80 questions. 5. Time table will be released soon. 6. Mock exam will be conducted on *September 19,20 and 21*. You can use laptop, PC or Tablet. Everyone should take up the mock test. 7. During Examination any network issue or power failure can contact help desk which will be provided. 8. If network is not good in your location at home stranded in native place you can approach nearby Anna university affiliated college for getting permission to take up the university exam. 9. *Dear Final Year students Kind Attention* *Project* 22.09.2020 Project viva-voce of all final semester students through online mode. Exam will be conducted by Internal Examiners HOD,CA,Project coordinator, Project Guide out of 4 any 3 will be act as an internal Examiners, which will be approved by University. Student has to present ppt, submit their thesis, and the attendance will be submitted to university. (Writing on CD) No hard copy is required. Marks also will be posted by internal Examiners on web portal. *University Theory Examinations* Will start from 24.09.2020 and ends on 29.09.2020 Exam Time: 1 hour Type: MCQ Per day 4 sessions will be there Session 01: 10.00am - 11.00am Session 02: 12.00 pm - 01.00pm Session 03: 02.00pm - 03.00pm Session 04: 04.00pm - 05.00pm Students shall undergo their Examination by any one session If the login failed due to connectivity issues, login time will be calculated automatically and totally 1 hour will be considered ( Break minutes will be adjusted for Ex.10 minutes is a break time means additional 10 minutes will be given to the students ) No students can undergo 2 exams on a single day Total Marks will be intimated to you soon. If the students find any difficulties on network, laptop, mobile, net device issues they come to college by showing their ID card and all other details they can attend the online Exam. Login Facilities will be provided by the respective Principal. *Mock Online Examinations* 19.09.2020 Mock Theory Examinations will be conducted on 8 sessions, without attending no students can appear the final semester Examination. If anybody missed on 19th, then students can use the opportunity on 20 or 21 for Mock online Examinations.
