The structure of the CSF for Textiles includes:
· 70 Role Profiles
· 8 Career Tracks and 19 Career Sub-Tracks
· 260+ Technical Skills such as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Energy and Environmental Sustainability (EES), Production Planning and Control
· 20 Soft Skills such as Digital Literacy, Communication, Problem Solving
Some skills are common across various roles, while each role requires a specific combination of multiple skills to perform effectively. Understanding which skills are shared and which are role-specific provides a clearer view of skills needs across the Textile Industry.

SDF Reviews Progress of Partner Institutions to Align Training with Industry Demand
To review training progress and workshop infrastructure, as well as align priority skills development plans with industry needs, on October 5, 2026, the SDF team—led by H.E. Ky Sokkim, CEO of SDF, alongside representatives from the Cambodia Automotive Industry Federation (CAIF)—conducted a study visit and held working discussions with the Automotive Center of Excellence Cambodia (ACE-C) and three TVET institutions within TVET Park, including the National Technical Training Institute (NTTI), the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI), and the Industrial Technical Institute (ITI).

SDF CEO H.E. Ky Sokkim highlighted SDF’s efforts to upskill Cambodia’s workforce through private-sector partnerships, with a strong focus on the clean energy sector. Specifically, SDF has supported the training of 60 Cambodian trainers in electric vehicle (EV) inspection, maintenance, and repair skills. These trainers will transfer their knowledge to at least 1,000 students and workers by 2029, helping to strengthen the national skills ecosystem in line with the National Policy on EV Development and Cambodia’s transition toward clean energy.

Lao High-Level Delegation Studies SDF’s Experience in Skills Development Aligned with Automotive Industry Demand
A high-level delegation from the Investment Promotion and Management Committee (IPMC) of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic met and held discussions with H.E.
