About the Role
We are building an omnichannel finance & operations system used by real businesses to track orders, revenue, admin fees, and financial reports across multiple channels.
This is not a tutorial project. You will work on real transaction data, marketplace integrations, data pipelines, and reporting systems used by actual companies.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain data pipelines for marketplace, sales, and finance data
- Work with APIs, databases, and background sync processes
- Clean, transform, and model messy real-world business data
- Help design reliable data structures for reporting and analytics
- Work closely with founder to turn business problems into usable data systems
- Improve data accuracy, performance, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience
- Strong SQL fundamentals
- Basic Python or backend experience
- Basic understanding of APIs and databases
- Familiar with fact/dimension tables or dimensional modeling
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership

- Berkoordinasi dengan user untuk memahami kebutuhan bisnis dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam visualisasi data
- Mengelola dan memastikan kualitas data untuk kebutuhan reporting
- Mendukung otomatisasi proses menggunakan tools Microsoft (Excel, Power Automate, dll)
- (Opsional) Membantu analisis data lanjutan menggunakan Python / SQL
