What’s your weakness??? All men fall but great men get backup to soldier on even in their weakness. That backup is the strength to overcome that weakness/shortcoming. See it as part and parcel of the beauty of our Christian journey. Difficulties Adversities Vicissitudes of life harsh Make our Christian journey very interesting; without them we are not a Christian. Apostle Paul was a great soldier of Christ,named as the greatest apostle in the history of the church in terms of signs miracles and wonders yet the Bible describes him as someone who had a thorn in his flesh. Meaning he had weakness,difficulties and shortcomings poking him. But in that shortcomings and weakness Paul prayed the more,fasted the more and move closer to God the more. The strength of God covered his weakness. God almighty loves you enough to correct you even in your weakness. God corrects those he loves. so be patient to learn the necessary experience and maturity to soldier on as a Christian when God is correcting you. When you positioned yourself as someone who is weak in humility and sincerity of heart,God will strengthen you to overcome that weakness. But when you come to him as someone who is perfect,strong with pride and arrogance. Boasting in what you have done to the lord than what he has done to you then God almighty will leave you for your own strength. That’s your strength is as perfect weakness. It’s never too late to start believing and obeying the word of God. Continue to fight your weakness until it dies. Keep fighting,dig deep; don’t stop as a soldier of Christ!!!
