HotWheels This mod makes some adjustments to the tech armor attachments to make them more desirable and put those crafting mats we slowly stockpile to use ! I found that Pelts and Artifacts were flatly superior to the tech attachments even in the early game where they should in my opinion be on about the same power level or better due to their cost and investment to acquire; plus it just helps to have an alternative option to artifact hunting for those more interested in doing quests. This aims to elevate their effectiveness a fair bit without completely stealing the spotlight from artifacts, especially the legendary ones; I'm trying to target a power curve that should be roughly on par with most tier 2 and some tier 3 artifacts once fully upgraded.
