The answer lies in one simple equation — *Revenue can fall quickly, but Costs cannot.*
*Consider a simple example:*

🔷 Operating Cost: ₹90
🔷 EBITDA: ₹10
*Now, if lower commissions reduce revenue by just 5%:*
🔷 Revenue: ₹100 → ₹95
🔷 Cost: ₹90 → largely remains ₹90 initially
🔷 EBITDA: ₹10 → ₹5
👉 *Just 5% lower revenue = 50% lower EBITDA!*
*WHY? Because many costs continue:*

🔷 Advertising Cost
🔷 Employee / Advisor Cost

*These costs cannot come down immediately or in the same proportion as commission income.*
