Iako Španjolska ima negativan prirodni prirast cijene najma stanova konstantno rastu kao i u drugim zemljama u Europi. Logično pitanje je zašto - a odgovor je masovno doseljavanje migranata iz trećeg svijeta. Kada dovedete milijune ljudi bez da ste pritom stvorili nove smještajne kapacitete za njih, jasno je da će cijena postojećih porasti. Isto stvar je i s tržištem rada, ako hotel s 5 zvjezdica ostvaruje milijunsku dobit i ne želi platit domaću čistačicu 2000 eura mjesečno za puno radno vrijeme, oni će dovesti neku iz npr. Egipta koja će raditi za 1000. Što je konkurencija na tržištu rada veća, to su plaće u prosjeku manje. Zapazite međutim što žele ljevičari - niže stanarine i veća primanja radnika. Međutim, politika koju provode dovodi do viših stanarina i nižih plaća. A kad se radnici npr. Holdinga pobune jer žele plaće koje prate troškove života? Što onda kažu ljudi koji su do jučer skandirali ljevičarske parole i glasali za Tomaševića? Dajte im otkaz i zaposlite Nepalce. Takve parole ne govori "primitivna desnica", to govori "moralno napredna" ljevica. I još jedna stvar, neki su zabrinuti kako će rast plaća u Holdingu utjecat na inflaciju, čudno da se nisu pitali kakav će bit porast cijena ako se ljudima zabrani rad i kretanje u doba korone, ako se uvede Euro, ako se uvedu sankcije Rusiji. Tada problem nije bila inflacija, a odjednom je postala problem kad su radnici zatražili plaće koje bi pratile tu istu inflaciju. I onda kad netko dovede u pitanje tu lakrdiju, onda najednom pitanje - jel i mene platio HDZ. A zašto? Jer u glavama ljevičara koji tobože vjeruju u različitost i zagovaraju toleranciju nema tolerancije drugačijeg mijenja i prihvaćanja mogućnosti da netko razmišlja različito u odnosu na njih. Svi moraju misliti isto i zapravo vjerovati u laž. Tko ne vjeruje u njihove laži o nekakvom basnoslovnom povećanju plaća taj je agent desnice. PS: da bi shvatili koliko su ljevičari u zabludi podsjetit ću vas na konkretnu situaciju s dostavljačima. Nakon pojave dostavljača iz Indije, u Zagrebu je dostava postala neisplativ posao domaćim ljudima zbog realnog pada cijene tog rada. Ali ako neki Indijac razvozi hranu 12 umjesto 8 sati dnevno i živi u stanu s još 5 Indijaca onda je njemu to isplativo, ali naš čovjek koji živi npr. s djevojkom i od te plaće mora platit stan i sve ostalo, a pritom ne provest cijeli dan radeći on tu više nema zarade i daje otkaz na tom poslu. I onda kad su ljevičari vidjeli kolko je pala cijena rada i kakvi su postali uvjeti u dostavi pokrenuli su prosvjed protiv izrabljivanja gdje su se htjeli izborit za bolje radne uvjete svih radnika u tom poslu - i stranih i domaćih sa sloganom - jedan svijet jedna borba. Međutim, jasno vam je da cijena rada (kao i stanova) ne ovisi o jugo parolama nego o ponudi i potražnji. Ako se poveća naglo broj radnika koji žele radit neki posao, logično je da će cijena njihovog rada pasti. Međutim, ljevičari tvrde da je moguće imati i ovce i novce, i milijune novih migranata i niske cijene najma stanova, i navalu nekvalificirane radne snage iz trećeg svijeta na domaće tržište rada i dobre uvjete rada za dostavljače npr. OK, ako netko želi vjerovat da je to moguće, nek vjeruje, njegova stvar! 😆

Inače da se nasmijete, EU je u sklopu anti-Ruskih sankcija rekla da se Ruska nafta ne može prodavati za više od 46,7 dolara po barelu. Naravno Rusi nisu retardirani i smiju se tom limitu. Te prodaju svoju naftu po cijeni koju određuje tržište, a ne Europska komisija. Možete li vjerovati da EU komisija u 2021. godini ne razumije da cijenu nafte određuje ponuda i potražnja, a ne oni nekakvim uredbama? 🤣
