✨MAFED ACADEMY, BULBULA BRANCH✨ 📚🎉 The 2026/27 Academic Year Opening Ceremony 🎉📚 👩‍⚕️👨‍✈️ Our students welcomed friends and parents at the main gate in creative career outfits. 🎤🏫 Principal Mr. Leykun, PTA member Mr. Ayele, and the School SupervisorMr. Birhanu warmly welcomed the school community with inspiring speeches. 👏✨ 🎙️🔥 Student President Leul Ephrem delivered an outstanding speech, followed by beautiful welcome songs and an energetic choreography featuring the “Mafed Song”, written by our amazing teachers! 🎶 🏆Outstanding staff members from every department were honored with certificates for their performance in the previous academic year. 💡🔥 Last year’s high achievers then passed the Torch Of Excellence to their juniors; a beautiful symbol of continuity and inspiration. 🎓 🙏Special appreciation was forwarded to the English Coordinator Ms. Kidist for taking the lead in organizing the event and the site directors Ms. Selam and Mr. Surafel for leading the stage. ተማሪዎች በትምህርት ጅማሮ ቀን (በተለይም ከእረፍት በኋላ ወደ ትምህርት ገበታ ሲመለሱ) ጠንካራ የሥነ-ልቦና ዝግጅት ማድረጋቸው ለአጠቃላይ የዓመቱ ስኬት ትልቅ መሠረት ይጥላል። 🎓✨ በትምህርት ጅማሮ ቀን እና የመጀመሪያው ሳምንት ተማሪዎች ሊያደርጓቸው የሚገቡ ዋና ዋና የሳይኮሎጂካል ዝግጅቶች፡ 1. አዎንታዊ አስተሳሰብን መያዝ (Positive Mindset): 🧠💡 አዲስ የክፍል ደረጃ፣ አዲስ መምህራን እና አዲስ የትምህርት አይነቶች ሊያስጨንቁ ይችላሉ። ይህንን ጭንቀት “አዳዲስ ነገሮችን የመማር እና የማደግ ዕድል” አድርጎ በመውሰድ አእምሮን ማዘጋጀት ያስፈልጋል። 2. የዕለት ተዕለት ልምድን (Routine) ማስተካከል: ⏰📅 ከእረፍት ጊዜ ዝርክርክ የህይወት ዘይቤ ወጥቶ ወደ ትምህርት ቤት መርሃ-ግብር መላመድ ለአእምሮ ሰላም ወሳኝ ነው። በሰዓቱ መተኛት፣ በጊዜ መንቃት እና ለጥናት የሚሆን ቋሚ ሰዓት መመደብ ጭንቀትን ይቀንሳል። 3. ግልጽ እና ሊደረስባቸው የሚችሉ ግቦችን ማውጣት: 🎯📈 በዚህ የትምህርት ዘመን ምን ማሳካት እንደሚፈልጉ (ለምሳሌ፦ ውጤት ማሻሻል፣ አዲስ ክህሎት መማር፣ ወይም ንቁ ተሳትፎ ማድረግ) ግልጽ ግቦችን ማስቀመጥ በትምህርቱ ላይ ትኩረት እና መነሳሳትን (Motivation) ይሰጣል። 4. ራስን ካለፈው ዓመት ስህተት ማላቀቅ: 🔄🌟 ባለፈው ዓመት የነበሩ ደካማ ውጤቶችን ወይም ስህተቶችን እንደ ውድቀት ሳይሆን እንደ ትምህርት መውሰድ ያስፈልጋል። አዲሱን ዓመት በአዲስ ተስፋ እና “እችላለሁ” በሚል ስሜት መጀመር የራስን መተማመን ይጨምራል። 5. ለማህበራዊ ግንኙነቶች መዘጋጀት: 👥🤝 ከአሮጌ ጓደኞች ጋር መገናኘት እና አዳዲስ ጓደኞችን ለማፍራት ፈገግታ ማሳየትና ፈቃደኛ መሆን በትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ የመውደድ እና የመቀበል ስሜትን (Sense of belonging) ይፈጥራል። ይህ ደግሞ ለአእምሮ እረፍት ትልቅ አስተዋፅኦ አለው። 6. እገዛ ለመጠየቅ ዝግጁ መሆን: 🗣️🆘 ማንኛውንም አስቸጋሪ ትምህርት ወይም ስሜታዊ ጫና ብቻውን ለመጋፈጥ ከመሞከር ይልቅ፣ ከመጀመሪያው ቀን ጀምሮ ከመምህራን፣ ከወላጆች ወይም ከትምህርት ቤት አማካሪዎች (Counselors) እገዛ ለመጠየቅ አእምሮን ክፍት ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል። መልካም የትምህርት ዘመን ይሁንላችሁ!!!! 📚🎉 ማፌድ አካዳሚ
