One important lesson that we have learnt on our upsc journey is the how significant it is to reflect. What happens is that we keep giving attempts after attempts in the hope that atleast one will click. But understand that the exam is very logical in some areas. For instance imagine that you are not able to clear prelims year after year - it is not that you are not lucky, it is that you probably haven't revised static enough or probably haven't practiced enough. Of course sometimes like in 2026 this theory may fail since upsc altered its pattern in prelims and mains. But people who were still prepared would have fared well than people who did not reflect on their mistakes. The message is simple whatever curveball upsc may throw at you, you have to be prepared. And whatever it is, you have to reflect on your mistakes especially if you are consecutively failing at any stage of the exam. We have seen people cry over that 1 question they could have done right. To ease CA preparation for CSE Interview, we are introducing some lucrative options. In essence, CA Playground will be free for peeps appearing in the interview. Here is how the timeline works: Initial Free Access: If you appeared for an interview in CSE 2023, 2024, or 2025 and have appeared for the CSE 2026 mains, CA Playground will be free of cost. The expiration window for this plan will be the declaration of the mains results. Plan Extension: As and when the results are declared, if you find your name on the Interview list, we will extend the plan. The new expiration window will be the date of your interview. Its almost a month since CSM 2026. Hope you're all feeling rested and ready to go. Till November mid, you have an excellent opportunity to polish your mains. A lot of this time is otherwise wasted in travelling, doing nothing and pursuing other mundane activities. But its this time where rankers are made. Study topper copies, have your answers reviewed by your selected peers. Finish those topics you never studied. Recalibrate your strategy - find your strengths and work on them. Optional can also be reviewed - rewrite those pyqs you feel you lack the depth in. Also, start spending some time preparing your DAF items and studying PT transcripts on CSPT Playground. If one gets the interview date early, it becomes quite a challenge as coaching mocks won't open up. With limited feedback and a short window to improve, it is crucial to make the most of this time right now.
