Repost from N/a
Happy 81st Independence Day Indonesia.
It feels almost unsettling to celebrate while so many people are still struggling amid the state of this country and the recent disasters across NTT and Sumatra. Watching those in power smile, prepare for celebrations, and carry on as though nothing is wrong only makes the whole thing feel more dystopian.
We’ve also heard about the recent earthquakes in NTT and Sumatra, and our thoughts and condolences go out to everyone affected. For our mailers that happened to be in the affected areas, please stay safe and take care of yourselves and your loved ones. Sending strength and support to everyone affected 🙏
Sincerely,
Keepers 💙
